So clevemire was telling me about Superhot, and it actually ended up coming out for the PS4 this past Friday, discounted for PS+ members. Had it set to download while I was up in NYC, so it was ready to play when I got back this afternoon.

Its pretty fun. Its a shooter where the premise is time only moves when you move. So you get to plan out your strategy and be where the enemies' bullets aren't. There are two things I quickly had to learn- one, since time only moves when you move, that applies to your shots as well. So you can't actually fire off another shot until your gun has finished firing. Second, its easy to get tunnel vision and not realize some guy has come up behind you. But once I realized that was a thing, I got used to having to check my surroundings to make sure I'm not about to get blindsided.

Black Mirror- Heh, I've always found Kelly Macdonald's accent sexy! But weird, the Waif looks totally different with long hair! Though to be fair, I've only seen her on Doctor Who and Game of Thrones, where she had the same hairstyle. But yeah, without someone pointing it out, I never would've recognized her until the end. Though thinking about it now, was she wearing a wig in the beginning then? Because at the end she's back to the hairstyle I'm used to, and it would be weird to have them just have her grow it out for the start. And there did seem to be something off with her hairstyle, it being a wig may explain why it did.

In any case, I will say its my second favorite ep of the season (after San Junipero, of course). Its funny, because I think these two eps felt like they were from a different show (San Junipero was more love story, this seemed more crime procedural). ( spoiler cut )

Preacher- Heh, this show seems interesting so far. Preacher, Tulip, and Cassidy are pretty bad-ass. I'm amused they and Emily are all played by English/Irish actors, yet only one of them is actually playing an Irishman, the rest of them are pretending to be Southern. Weird, for some reason Lucy Griffiths looks totally different here than she did on True Blood. I almost didn't recognize her.
