TV commentary:

Game of Thrones- Some interesting developments this ep. In Mereen, Varys takes his leave to go on some mission, while Tyrion tries to get Grey Worm and Missandei drunk. But alas, just when he's getting them to loosen up, those despicable Masters attack. Grey Worm and Missandei tell Tyrion they told him so, and they think they're in trouble, but thankfully Dany shows up, and will hopefully fuck these guys up so we can finally be done with that trash. I mean, seriously, these Masters are a bunch of fucking nobodies in the scheme of things, the time has come for Dany to be done with them! We've wasted too much time having them actually be a threat and bring Dany's stock down, so hopefully she fries them all. Like the only thing I hate more than a despicable enemy is a useless fucking nobody enemy. Like who the fuck are you guys, just die already, you nothing shits.

In King's Landing, Lancel come with some Faith Militant dudes to take her to see the High Sparrow. Even though I think Cersei is a frakking krant, I still favor her over the High Sparrow and those Faith Militant shits. So it was incredibly satisfying to see Lancel trying to be all tough and say, "Come with us, or there will be violence!" and Cersei chooses violence. One of the fools strikes the Mountain in the chest to no affect, and he literally tears their head off with his bare hands! HA! Those little cocky pricks thought they were so tough, and the Mountai showed them they were nothing.

Of course, Cersei is too cocky. And so to her great surprise and concern, Tommen makes an announcement saying trial by combat will no longer be done. So her Mountain trump card is basically negated, and she's up shit's creek. Like I said before, Cersei deserves a come uppance, but not from the Sparrow and his Faith Militant shits.

At Riverrun, Brienne meets with Jamie trying to iron out some sort of deal- allow her to convince the Blackfish and his armies to leave with her to help Catelyn. She tries to give Oathkeeper back, but Jamie says it hers. She also informs them if it does come to arms, she's honor bound to fight on the Blackfish's side. Jamie does keep his word though, and lets Brienne and Pod enter Riverrun to allow her to talk to the Blackfish.

Too bad he's too damn stubborn to leave. At first he thinks its a trick, after all, Brienne wears a sword with a lion's head pommel at her side. She manages to convince him she's for real, but alas, he doesn't think his army would make too much of a difference to Sansa anyways. So if he's going to fight a battle with small odds, it will be for his own home, not his niece's.

What the hell though, the whole thing ends anti-climatically. Jamie convinces Edmure to go into the Castle and order his men (since Edmure is the rightful ruler of the place) to open the gates and surrender. And they do!! What the shit?! He orders the Blackfish found and arrested. His uncle is busy showing Brienne and Pod a secret way out, and refuses to leave with them! Instead, he says he'll fight to his last. And they freaking kill him off screen! What the shit!? What a waste of a character.

Anyways, Jamie and Brienne see each other across the water as she floats away, and they wave. Basically they're all, it was nice to see you, but we both have our own crazy shit to deal with.

Heh, somewhere else, the Hound butchers the first few Brotherhood guys he can find, axing them where he can find Lemoncloak. He eventually finds the guy and the two with him last episode, but they're already getting ready to be hanged by Thoros and Beric for sullying the Brotherhood's name by killing innocent peaceniks. Sandor wants his revenge, and Thoros and Beric let him have two of them. The Hound is ready to mess the two guys up, but alas, Beric and Thoros won't let him butcher them. So he has to be content with being the one to hang two of them. Heh, and he totally steals the boots of Lemoncloaks hanging corpse.

Anyways, Beric and Thoros invite the Hound to join them, for they need a guy with his skills in the coming battles.

Finally, in Braavos, Arya shows up at Lady Crane's dressing room, who patches her up. Too bad the Waif finds Arya at Lady Crane's, killing her. Arya flees through the city, seemingly helpless, but turns out it was a trap- she leads the Waif to a room where Needle is hidden. Arya gets ready to challenge her, and the Waif is all cocky, but since Arya learned blind fighting, Arya snuffs out the only candle in the room. Alas, we don't even get to see the fight. Only the aftermath where Arya has basically hung the Waif's bloody face in the hall of faces. She informs Jaquen she is Arya of Winterfell, and she's going home. Wonder if she'll freaking get back before the end of the season!?
