Sometimes there's just too many enemies at once, and you're so focused on taking two guys out in front of you that you miss the third popping from behind until its too late.

People surprised at the announcement of the new Doctor must not have been paying attention to this season of Doctor Who, since they pretty much foreshadowed the change.

And its weird to me that there are people whining, how is this possible? Gee, its not like we had Missy for the past couple of seasons showing this situation is entirely possible. Heck, there was also The General at the end of season nine. So that's at least two time lords we've seen prior to this who've regenerated into women!

I mean, they brought back Heroes, they're bringing 24 (again!) and Prison Break next season, so if you can bring back old TV series, you can bring back old web series. I guess its only now that youtube is old enough that people can start being all retro by restarting old web series like that.
