Orphan Black- Amazing season finale! Well mostly! Things were going so well, then that had to happen. So, one of the sweetest things in the ep- Donnie has a surprise for Helena- he found Jesse Towing! And it sounds like Jesse and Helena might give it a go! But first she has to take care of a few things. What?

Well, since Topside and Castor know Sarah has the Original, the Clone Club goes to ground- Art finds them a secret warehouse to hide where Scott and Cosima can get blood and tissue samples from Kendall to make a cure for Leda. In another sweet part of the episode, Kendall is all angry and uncooperative, and S is scared to leave her alone with Cosima. Particularly with Kendall saying she'll definitely try something if she does leave them alone. But Cos says she's fine. And she is! She manages to sweet talk Kendall, appealing to the fact that they share genes, and all Cosima wants is a cure, and she finally calms down and acquiesces.

But yeah, the only way for all this to work is for the Clone Club to make a deal- since Ferdinand goes to see Delphine with all due haste, Sarah shows up wanting to make a deal. They don't tell him Rachel is alive, but do let him know how they fooled him- how it was really Sarah pretending to be Rachel and she was never a prisoner at DYAD. He's the lesser of two evils since he at least isn't trying to weaponize their flaw to make like biological weapons. So they'll let him have samples if he teams up with them to take down Castor.

For all the pieces to fall into place, Sarah and Felix find Mark and Gracie. And aw, Felix came in hard, kicking down the door, but Gracie and Mark are like little puppies. They apologize for betraying them, and all Mark and Gracie wants is a few months to live their lives out together before he dies. So the foster siblings can't help feel sorry for them, but they still need Mark's help.

So, Castor knows the only clone exposed right now is Alison, since she's busy with the election. So Rudy goes after her, but its a trap, Donnie and Alison easily spot him and lead him to Helena, who's waiting in the garage for a fight. Heh, interesting, she tapes her makeshift blades onto her hands? Why? As she tells Rudy, when he refuses the tape, he'll be sorry when she stabs him in the bicep. So they have a vicious fight, and since Rudy is starting to succumb to his defect, Helena trounces him, indeed stabbing him in the bicep so he can no longer hold his knife.

Disarmed and dying, he just lies there on the ground, having a final convo with Helena. I think he tries to get Helena to see his point of view, but in the end, she shoots him down, saying he's a scumbag rapist.

But yeah, Sarah roughs up Mark a bit so he can pass himself off as Rudy on face time to lead Coady into a trap. Ferdinand and his men ambush Coady and her people, though we don't see him kill her. And she was still the Castor's mom, so Mark still looked pretty guilty betraying her to the Clone Club.

So, yay, Castor is defeated! Only, there's more! Delphine goes to check on Rachel since they're trying to hide her from Ferdinand since he thinks she's dead. Only she figures out Rachel is Krystal, who somehow is able to wake up from her coma at that moment. Anyways, Delphine realizes Rachel got away thanks to Nealon, and goes to interrogate him. Only, she's betrayed by her own guards, who leave her alone with him. He reveals that he is a neolutionist, and that they've infiltrated Leda and Castor and Topside and they've manipulating everyone to their own ends. All their moves where influenced by the Neolutionists. He tells her all this because he offers her a place at the table, trying to kill her when she refuses. Lucky for her she's paranoid, so she's been packing a gun. He gets her down, trying to force some sort of creepy crawley thing from his mouth into her, but she shoots him dead.

She quickly calls Sarah and tells her not to give Topside the sample, and to tell Ferdinand Rachel is alive and the Neolutionists have her. So she does, and then Ferdinand brains his creepy looking henchman with a baseball bat. Because he hates neolutionists more than anything, and its obvious that his bodyguard is a neolutionist spy. So, the enemy of my enemy is my friend- Ferdinand basically joins there side, and he's going to go find Rachel and destroy the Neolutionists.

Other stuff- Mrs. S and her mom reconcile! How, because it turns out Duncan came to her after he went to ground- and there's something important he says that makes sense later, that he was running from the Neolutionists, who corrupted his wife. She secretly pointed him in the direction of her daughter, who she knew was like this bad-ass who could hide him. Also, he told Kendall that all the clones were accounted for except for one, which we can obviously figure out is Sarah. She was lost in the foster system, and so Kendall said she would help him if he sent Sarah to Mrs. S, because they're family. So aw, despite their anger towards each other, Siobahn's mom still loved her and wasn't totally the mean old bitch she makes herself out to be.

BTW, Alison wins School Trustee, and the entire clone club is there, except for Delphine (more on that later). But yeah, Mrs. S, Art, Donnie, Scott and Fee are there with the main clones, having a nice little celebration. Then in the end, Mrs. S takes her mother and foster daughter/mother-sister to wherever the hell Kyra is hiding to hide Kendall there too. But that can wait, because Sarah reunites with her dauhter.

Who else is getting a family reunion? So Rachel is in the mystery place, with a creepy new, possibly robotic eye. Charlotte's there too, who says Rachel is supposed to be her new mommy. Who told her that? Helena's mother, who's still alive and apparently a neolutionist! Heh, you know, when they randomly dropped the fact earlier that Duncan's wife was a Neolutionist, I had a feeling she was still alive!

But yeah, so many nice highs there. Onto the stuff that makes this episode sad- Delphine. Now, I wouldn't call myself a Cophine shipper. Like, I am not against it at all! I mean, even though I love Kenzi on Lost Girl, I would pick Cophine over Shaysima because Shay was an unknown entity. I'm still not sure I trust her. Like she has a mysterious military past (present?) and honestly, their interrogations of her were so specific that I don't think they proved anything. Like yes, she wasn't the one who told Castor about the book. So she could deny it easily. But they didn't delve deeply enough into her past to prove she actually still isn't a spy.

But I digress, I support Cophine, but its not one of my OTPs. Still, I recognize everything Delphine did not just for Cos, but for the entire Clone Club. She worked her ass off trying to save the Leda sisters. She gave up everything, including the woman she loved, Cosima, to be alone in the darkness, protecting them by being in the middle of the "enemy" ranks.

So yeah, with the events of this ep, too much has happened. Not sure what Delphine was planning to do next, but it seemed like she was going to go off and do something. Or run. She kisses Cosima goodbye outside of the Clone Club dinner, but I'm not sure Cos realized it was a goodbye kiss. Its especially heartbreaking, because Cosima tells Delphine she finally realizes the darkness Delphine had to take in, to play the role of ruthless exec to protect and help them. She acknowledges that she understands what Delphine was doing this whole time and is sorry for being angry at her for it. And you can tell how happy Delphine is that Cosima finally understands her pain, while at the same time you know Delphine knows something that Cosima doesn't, that its possibly too late for them.

Delphine had also given Shay her blessing to be with Cosima beforehand, giving her a DYAD card and telling Shay to give it to Cosima, saying to tell Cos that she's free to tell Shay all about Clone Club if she wants to, Delphine won't stand in her way. Which given how much Delphine cares for Cosima, was kinda weird, like she knew she wasn't going to be around.

And its like, while Cosima does seem to really like Shay, its obviously not as much as she loves Delphine. She told Delphine she freaking came back from the dead for her. And obviously Shay was kinda freaked about Delphine showing up threatening to suicide her, and she wasn't buying Cosima's excuse of "We're working on incredibly classified secrets, we have to be paranoid and ruthless!" But Delphine is sort of trying to clear that up by telling Shay there's an explanation, and its up to Cosima to tell her, and whether she does or doesn't, it will totally be up to Cos, because Delphine is lifting the whole DYAD will be very displeased if she does talk excuse.

So yeah, after telling Shay she should go see Cosima, she won't stand in their way, and then kissing Cosima goodbye (which again, I don't think Cos had any idea that it was a goodbye! Like it totally seems like she's Shay who and thinks their might be a chance for she and Delphine going forward now that she understands what Delphine has been doing this whole time), Delphine's ambushed in a parking garage!

A mysterious figure appears, though we don't hear their voice or even see what they look like! Delphine is all, "What's going to happen to her?" before getting shot. Who shot her? Who's the "her" she's asking about? Its like dammit, we get all these cool things happening and everything is all uplifting- like sure, they find out they have a new enemy in the Neolutionists. But they had a lot of victories this ep. Everything was happy. And they had to go and shoot Delphine!

The producers say she is most certainly dead, but ah'm skptical! Didn't they say Helena was dead at the end of first season, and they certainly acted like it, but she was fine! Hopefully they're just pulling people's legg\s and Delphine isn't dead dead!
