geebsPeople surprised at the announcement of the new Doctor must not have been paying attention to this season of Doctor Who, since they pretty much foreshadowed the change.
And its weird to me that there are people whining, how is this possible? Gee, its not like we had Missy for the past couple of seasons showing this situation is entirely possible. Heck, there was also The General at the end of season nine. So that's at least two time lords we've seen prior to this who've regenerated into women!
TV commentary:
Orphan Black- Krystal! She's always a fun clone. And again, she unwittingly finds out things the clone club had no idea about. Which is, that DYAD has been buying up makeup companies. I mean, Krystal thinks its that Makeup conspiracy again, but the truth is that DYAD is buying legit companies for their resources. Which in this case gives them future a delivery system for Lin28.
Things aren't so light on the island though. Coady's back, and Susan won't abide by that. So she tries to secretly kill PT Westmoreland (who's a fraud, there's a pic of a young him and Susan from the 70s.) Unfortunately, the attempt fails, because Mud is an idiot. They almost manage to get her help, but then Westmoreland gives her the littlest of praise after making her wear a cowbell for her previous mistakes, and she betrays them.
So Susan is killed, and Ira, who had been glitching, basically just gives up on trying to escape, presumably dying beside her. But at least Cosima and Charlotte escape. And not a moment too soon, as the villagers are pissed, especially after the one girl with cancer dies. They almost accost Cosima during her escape, thinking she's in league with Westmoreland, but she shows the pic of him from the 70s, and how the fountain of youth is a lie. So they basically riot, and Cos and Charlotte escape in the chaos.
Of course, since Coady is back, I'm guessing she may be able to deal with these angry villagers, and with lethal force, before they can harm Westmoreland.
