Wow, I've been writing here pretty sparsely as of late. Between work and gaming and collecting and TV watching, just haven't had time to write anything.

Actually caught up on gaming- new characters released on SFV and MK11. But I've finally completed everyone's character towers in MK11 so far. But there's still stuff to get from random towers, so I got to check in the game to see if anything new pops up. Got all the endings for Poison, Lucia, and Honda in SFV (and beat Easy and Normal survival mode for them to boot).

But yeah, I guess MK still has characters coming out, and Tekken and Soul Calibur have a new set of characters coming out in the next few months.

Vampire Diaries- You know, since Friday night is a light night anyways, I should really just wait instead of watching it early. I mean, I do still watch the live showing, so technically there's no impact to their advertising. However, I noticed last night's Legends of Tomorrow was available as early as the 8th?! What the frick?! Mondays and Tuesday are already so G-D packed, one of those shows can't leak early, as opposed to the shows that are on when there's no competition on my schedule! ( spoiler cut )

So on my way back from Thanksgiving Mass this morning, saw some "no parking" notices down the block. So I was wondering why the hell they were blocking off parking, when I noticed it was for "Person of Interest" shooting! But dang, they're not filming until Monday, after I've already left! I was hoping to see Amy Acker or Sarah Shahi or something.

I mean, I knew it and Elementary filmed a lot nearby since my parents are just a stone's throw away from Silvercup Studios. But I didn't realize they filmed this close (actually, I guess I knew because I've seen that one hotel down the block a few times), because pops was complaining about how the film crew takes up precious parking spaces on our block when parking is already at a premium.

So since I'm here for 2 weeks around Christmas and New Years, maybe I'll catch something cool!
