I was hoping it was an actual article, defining why one would date this character, but it looks like they just had fans vote, and these are the results:

Heh, its a fair list, but I was thinking there were more than a few hot datable chyx omitted from this list, but then I realized the characters were mostly teens, which I assume disqualifies them from this category.

This list is garbage. Hanging out with Sarah from Chuck is somewhat likely to get you caught in the crossfire of some kind of spy fight. Not to mention that she's constantly out of the country. Gloria from Modern Family, Pam from the Office, Joan from Mad Men, and probably others are married and therefore not really datable. Laura Vandervoort on V is some kind of evil alien. Erin from the Office is painfully stupid. Temperance from Bones is basically incapable of relating to another human being. And those are just the characters I'm familiar with, there are probably several more that don't fit at all.

Liz Lemon should be #1. She's cute, funny, single, has a cool job, and you won't go broke taking her to fancy restaurants and stuff.
