While I had mentioned the saboteur in Killzone 2 was pretty cool, I think my favorite would actually be the scout class. I mean, looking like a friendly is a neat trick, but I like the whole full near-invisibility better. Plus, they just look cool, though I'm not sure which design I like better, the ISA scout, or the Helghast one. (though the former has a frickin' blue led on the side of their head, and the latter has the glowing red "eyes", that's not exactly stealthy) Alas, gametrailers hasn't released a trailer for the scout-class yet. But with the badges, looks like you can mix the scout's invisibility with the saboteur's proximity mines, which would make for some good ambushes.

I've said this before, but I just love the helghast soldier outfits. Yeah, its a little Nazi-ish, but the full armor with the "Fritz" style helmet and the gas masks and the glowing red eyes? How is that not totally sweet looking?
Of course, the similarities to Kerberos Panzer Cop/Jin-Roh are uncanny, I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit or something.

So its Lent, and thus meatless fridays. Which for me means: sushi, cheese pizza, grilled cheese samiches, and salads and pastas (possibly with fish). Alas, the Bonehead's near the house has been "closed for renovations" for a while now. It was quite useful during Lent because I could get a Salmon house salad there. Heh, hit Friday's last night for dinner with the roomie, and I'm guessing its because a lot of the other restaurants in the area have closed, but the place was booming.

Interesting, the latest Killzone 2 multiplayer trailer focuses on the tactician. At first, I was all, what's so great about a tactician? Obviously, it, the medic, and engineer are really only useful in multi-player mode. And I got what the medic did, and while the engineer didn't get bombs to blow stuff up (that's the saboteur), his main job was to run around the level fixing things that would be useful, I wasn't too sure what the tactician did.

His abilities are interesting- the first is that he can create spawn points. Yeah, the spawn points are marked with green smoke so an enemy might camp there, but you don't have to spawn there. The other is the drone. He can drop a beacon in an area, which will start getting patrolled by a heavily armed flying drone. I can see how those both can be used for a tactical advantage in matches.

Saw filmdrunk link to this scene from Mac and Me. No, not the kid in the wheelchair falling off the cliff Paul Rudd keeps on showing whenever he's on Conan. Some really cheesy, lame dance scene at a Mcdonalds. And I thought the "Teen Witch" Top That Rap was cringe-worthy, this is just awful. And who dances inside Mcdonalds and in the Mcdonalds parking lot?! And since when does Ronald Mcdonald actually show up at Mcdonalds? And why the hell are there some random guys in football uniforms hanging around there dancing?! It does not make cents! Its scenes like these which make me wonder, how can the anyone on set not realize how lame and corny it is? I mean, aren't they embarrassed?! Like I don't think they're going for the camp factor, so they don't have that excuse.
