geebsCool, Leverage has started up. I saw the pilot a while ago, and was hoping the show would be picked up because it seemed pretty interesting. (And the Parker chick is kinda hot, though it might be because she's also kinda nuts) Doesn't look like anything really changed between the pilot I saw and what aired, but interestingly enough, the commercial free version is the same, but the repeat shown at 1 that did have commercials had the whole hospital scene cut out, I guess to keep it under an hour.

sparkyboy didn't have everything unlocked on SC IV, so I spent some time unlocking stuff for him, which put me back on a SCIV kick. I was hesitant to make an Innocence CAS since she'd use Ivy's style (obviously), but unlike the other CASes I made (using Cervantes, Mitsurugi, Siegfried, and Yunsung's styles), Ivy's not a character I'm good at. But I finally did.
(image is still crappy since PS3 still doesn't have screen capture ability, so I have to just snap pics with my flip)
Again, went with Ivy's style for the whip, and a black and pink color motif.

The boots do match the trappings of death required by abyssals who want to operate in creation, but I especially how the lily armlets kinda match the discreet essence armor bracers she wears, even having a glowing stone in the middle. They kinda emulate a hearthstone. I switched the color to black to make it more soulsteel like, but it doesn't really look it.
But heh, I realized I could use the flip to make a "mix video" of Innocence:
I think the moves are pretty appropriate.
But since I'm embedding videos, might as well embed a few more:
Saw this on filmdrunk on Friday. What I find so odd about this video, is while its trying to be a poor man's Pirates/Golden Compass/LotR kinda thing, the special F/X are way better than they should be for a music video for some no-name dude. I mean, it looks better than some of those movies they show on Sci Fi on Saturday night! (which is more a comment on how crappy those sci fi movies are, not that this video is so great)
(NSFW for language. I guess I only know of Lil' Jon going "Yeah" and "Okay", but I had no idea his actually rapping was so vulgar!) This is one of the weirdest mashups ever. And really messed up if you think about it. But its also kinda catchy.
The funniest scene from the Xtacles. I'm still disappointed there's only the two eps. How is this and Frisky Dingo not as popular as the rest of the things in the Adult Swim lineup?!
