Ah, its the first of NBC's "Comedy Night Done Right" (that doesn't have as good a ring to it as "Must See TV" had). So, Thursday night TV commentary:

My Name is Earl: I dunno, the roomie's not into the whole "fake classic sitcom in Earl's coma head" thing, but I have to hand it to the writers, they do seem to come up with concepts to keep things on the show changed up. I mean, they coulda just stuck with the whole Earl does a good deed a week thing, but first the Prison thing, now this, I think its an interesting way to keep it refreshing.

30 Rock: I don't know why I found the whole Cathy joke hilarious, but I did. Alas, the MILFs weren't as hot as they could be. But Cerie is still frickin' hot, so that makes up for it, I guess.

The Office: Wow, that was a cringe worthy ep! And I don't mean in a bad way. Because I wasn't feeling ill because the jokes weren't funny, but I think they did a good job of having some legitimate embarrassing and cringe worthy moments, that had you actually been at that dinner party, you would want to strangle yourself!

Heh, so I'm curious, is that Hunter/West from Heroes actually doing the singing on that CD. And I guess I didn't pay attention to the lyrics until they played it that last time at the end, but is that song about Jan? Because that would be hysterical. I mean, I can totally see Jan doing that. And what a nutcase! Actually, I'm finding "Man" extremely interesting because they are a total disaster, but at the same time, who else do they have? I mean, I suppose Jan could have had prospects before her downward spiral, but now, who else would have her but Michael? And for some reason, despite Michael's inanities, she still sticks with him? Who else would do that? So while they're destined to go down in flames, at the same time, they're stuck with each other!

And heh, was Jim really going to abandon Pam there? Though I guess he did take her out to eat afterwards since she was too scared to touch her food. Hey, she jokes that she's being ridiculous, but Ida know, Jan totally could've poisoned it!

Scrubs: Oh, wait, so did the "Rate your Doc" website have unintentional spoilers? As I said on here when that ep came out, I didn't think Floyd was an ambulance driver, I thought he was some sort of deliveryman. But the site said he was an ambulance driver. And now this ep, he's only now become an ambulance driver!

I'm also curious what Turk and Carla were saying about JD and Eliot there at the end.

He said something like "i think they're going to get together again," and she said "i have a dominican accent that's impossible to understand."
