Hmm, gonna get the car looked at today. I'm suspicious, and I'd rather not have the car break down on my way to Hilton Head in a couple of weeks. Speaking of trips, apparently the parentals and Tita Nette are going to Vegas. What's with everyone going to vegas all of a sudden? Todd went a couple of months ago, and Krug was suggesting a Vegas trip to the poker crew. Hey, I wouldn't mind going. I'm not a big gambling fan. Its like, y'all go to your poker games, you know where I'll be going.

Ah, I think the Cowboy Bebop movie comes out on DVD today. I already have an import version, but I'll pick up the new version. I mean, it was pretty good, and the new release has extras, so I don't see it as wasterful. Anyways, speaking of DVDs, I was reading the latest Felicity recap on TWoP and they were talking about the DVD commentary for that ep. That might be something else to get. I guess there were only four seasons of that show, even though it seemed it went on longer than that. Its prolly cause they did that whole thing where they would show some other show from January to March, then April through May would be all new eps, so it felt like another season.

Of all the WB shows, Felicity seemed to run the longest with its romantic entanglement. I mean, first season it was all "Ben or Noel?", but really after that, it was definitely Ben. And the conflict was more her not being able to trust him, not any feelings for some other guy. I mean, there were times where she'd get pissed at him and go out with other guys simply because they weren't Ben, or Ben would have some crazy girl all obsessed with him, but no long running relationships with other people like you usually see. Of the classic WB shows (it, Buffy and DC), I think the level of quality was the most consistent throughout, it was a good four years. I'm not saying it was the best, just that it was consistent. I mean, Buffy has always been good, but 2nd and 3rd season were by far better than the rest of the run. There were certainly great episodes in other seasons (Hush, The Body, OMWF), and s4 onwards had the Willow/Tara relationship, but s2/3 was definitely the high point of the series. As for DC, I never saw first season, but s2 was good, the first half of s3 sucked until they started up the whole P/J thing, and s4 when to hell when they broke them up for no apparent reason. The last two seasons were horrible until they brought back the whole P/J storyline in the end. Because its all about the chemistry in these sappy teen dramas. P/J (and even P/A) had it, D/J didn't. Same goes for Felicity, Noel seemed way more brotherly.

And I've been trying to finish this for the past two hours, apparently, but things keep popping up. So I'll end it now, while I still have the chance!
