geebsAlmost caught up on the stuff on the DVR. Random TV commentary:
The Closer- Wait, are they gonna arrange for protection for the guy who actually did the shooting? I mean, wouldn't those guys come after him in prison for getting them put up for felony-murder? They were already looking to jump him anyways, now he's trapped in prison with them.
Make It or Break It- Okay, I heard Candace Cameron-Bure (Or is it DJ? Has she had any other big role besides that?!) was on this show, and this was the first time I actually noticed her name in the credits, but the first two eps I did not realize she was the secretary/gf of the rich bitch's father. Funny, it wasn't until the rich bitch made a crack about CC-B's character's faith being important to her that I thought, "Wait, was she the secretary?" And then when she showed up, it was! What the hell, DJ looks totally different now! I actually think Kaylee is better off without that Carter guy. I mean, could he be any more friggin' clingy? With all the prime ass at the school, what's he doing sticking with one chick anyways?
And while Lauren does get points in my book for actually admitting its her fault they're not friends anymore, she loses them for getting mad that Kaylee didn't hate on the new girl just because. I mean, she was going along with the freeze out, but maybe if Lauren hadn't tried throwing Kaylee under the bus by trying to out her and Carters relationship to get back in the top 3, Kaylee might have been more supportive of her. Now, is she all upset at the end because she just lost her V-card, or because she actually feels bad for screwing her former best friend's bf? She does have a nice rack though.
Ah, and Susan Ward is playing one of those mothers. I mean, getting all flirty with some guy she thinks her daughter is dating? I wonder when her seeing his and Kaylee's mom kissing the previous coach will come into play?
Degrassi- Ill, so instead of doing an OD thing to show the danger of drugs, they had a girl going into insulin shock because she forgot to take her insulin because she was high on pot brownies?
But, ha, I can see why KC was upset, because he was totally right. I mean, Connor doesn't see him any differently, but he's a freak with Asperger's. That was totally hilarious that Claire saw the cut lip on Connor and thought KC punched him for telling his secret!
