Finally back to work today, still feeling under the weather though. But I got a bag of Ricola for my sore throat. And ugh, tomorrow is a football game (against Miami?) so I'll end up having to scramble for a parking space all the way across campus. This is total BS!

TV commentary:

On 90210, why the hell does Naomi have to hang out with that new clique (which includes the always cute Elizabeth Harnois)? Like, why is she not hanging out with Adrianna? I mean, wasn't Adrianna freaking out in rehab that Naomi wasn't talking anymore and then they made up and were all, "We'll always be best friends"? But they had Adrianna hanging out with Silver all ep. Like Silver said she was only at the game bacause Dixon was playing, and Adrianna was all, she's only there for Silver. It does not make cents!

Ah, but it looks like Harry and Tracy's love child (who is 25? Meaning Harry was 18 in 1983, so how the frick was he hanging out with Kelly when they were kids?! He's like 10 years older than her then!) might not be on the level. Suspicious! But I guess we won't find out what's up until January.

And wait, Brenda did Matthews? I dunno what Kelly is so pissed about, between hearing that, and finding out about him and the Narc girl, shouldn't she be angry at Matthews?

On Privileged, okay, that was actually a pretty clever way to cheat, having that custom bag made up with the answer key hidden in the pattern? And Sage did have a good burn in there with that whole "Color Me Mine" crack.

As for Mandy getting mad at Charlie, in his defense, she totally knew what she was getting into when she started seeing him again! And I'm glad to see that even though it was obvious Laurel was using Megan to find her baby daddy, that the whole think about working on the book wasn't lip service and she is still wanting to do that.

Okay, I was totally confused on House at first because the description of this ep said the CotW was a teen, but then it was like some factory supervisor who got sick. I get she's emancipated and all, but I call shenanigans on her being made a friggin' supervisor at 16!

And wait, if Foreman had just said, "I'm doing these trials" in the beginning instead of asking permission, would House have said fine back then, or was it only after Foreman showed he can solve a case on his own without having to get House's help?

Heh, this ep of Fringe is one of my worst fears, going to a mental institution to visit, and all of a sudden getting trapped there/institutionalized. Those places freak me out. But that was a pretty cold method Cherry Daquiri was using to try and get those geniuses to solve that formula- give them some lost loved one, and if they couldn't succeed, take them away (in a rather grisly way) and say its because they couldn't figure it out?

But how convenient that Cherry Daquiri used an alias that was her first name and a derivation of her last name. I can understand keeping the first name since you're used to be called that, but do people making up aliases really make some play on their last name as Peter claims? Like, my fake alias that I sometimes use, the last name isn't a derivation of my actual last name (although I guess that would be hard). But it is a play on my mother's maiden name. I dunno, I suppose when we make stuff up, we stick with the familiar.

What the hell is with all these eps of SVU where they think its an SVU case, but then it turns out it isn't but they still work on it? Aren't they suppose to kick it to some other department once they find out its not a sex crime?

Oh and when Mikhail from Lost shot Stable, why is it they looked like they were going through some crappy rundown/abandoned neighborhood, but then all these people show up as if its some busy street?!

Ah, on NCIS, they finally reveal Lee as the traitor, but it turns out she was only doing it because they have her daughter. (who she had when she was a teen, so her parents raised the girl as her sister so it wouldn't impact her college/career plans! Ah, I'm always amused when shows do that)

But the whole fake set up to smoke out the tratior did sound kinda dangerous. I mean, we find out the Marines guarding the place weren't armed with real bullets, but still, Gibbs was all, "If you're confronted, stand down immediately!" Sitches like that, what if they shoot first? High security facility like that, I would think it would be totally understandable! Of course, Ziva started going all crazy on the guards. Supposedly on reflex, but then she thought Tony got shot, so she went nuts until they finally dogpiled her and knocked her out. That whole thing in the elevator between them was kinda weird. Its like Ziva was admitting something, but Tony was so pissed about being used as a pawn that he totally missed that.

Oh, and setting Abby up to trick Lee? Couldn't they have picked someone more convincing? I guess Lee did believe it, but still, Abby's like the nice and friendly cute, quirky goth girl. Would she really be a traitor? Though I guess Lee doesn't exactly scream traitor either.

You have an alias that you sometimes use? Who are you, Dale Gribble?
