Aug. 4th, 2017 02:12 pmUnlocked all the endless levels and "beat" them. i.e. ranked on all of them. Its interesting the little idiosyncrasies that go with the levels in respect to the different endless modes. Like the 60 seconds of real time mode on the bigger levels, can be low scoring simply because you don't see enough enemies before time runs out.
Like I found the first level, the lab, the toughest to get to 20 kills for that mode. The short levels like stairs, lobby, and break-in, sure you have a lot of enemies on you, but since there's so many coming at you, its easy to get to 20 pretty quickly because they keep on coming at you. And since they're small its easy to keep track of things.
The larger levels like bridge, hall, warehouse, and power plant, its big enough that you get some breathing room. Its the medium sized levels that are tough because its just big enough that you can miss an enemy who ends up shooting you in the back. And at least office has the high cubicle walls that offer some protection.
Heh, I have played long enough to get the requisite 100 kills with each type of weapon for the trophies. I also got the skewer two baddies with a single katana throw, and kill three guys with one assault rifle burst, but I still haven't been able to get three guys with the shotgun. Like there were plenty of times where they were grouped close enough that I swear I shoulda gotten three kills, but one keeps narrowly escaping.
TV commentary:
Voltron- Ah, this new season was amazing! The first season seemed far too short, the second we got some more answers, but you were still left wanting. But man, this third, lots of HUGE reveals that are mindblowing!
We finally get Lotor, and this version of him is awesome, as his girl-squad. ( spoilers )
