Obvious references that I totally missed until they were pointed out to me: The PM Dawn reference on last night's Archer. Like when Archer said, "as opposed to PM Dawn" and Ray said, "Ooh, Set Adrift on Memory Bliss!" I was trying to figure out what that meant, and it wasn't until this morning that it finally clicked when one of the uproxx sites mentioned it. In my defense, I haven't heard of them in years, and I just remember them as that group with the fat black guy who wears lace over his eyes and I don't actually know the names of their songs, just that they sample songs I like in ways I don't. Like you think I'd enjoy a song that sampled Spandau Ballet's "True", but I do not.
