TV commentary:

Once Upon a Time- Sure, Snow and Charming are true loves, but as far as David knows right now, he's married. So, isn't he kinda being a dog here? Particularly since its not like he's left Kathryn. Although it is cute that MM and David try to avoid each other, and end up bumping into each other anyways because they changed their schedule in the exact same way. Also, given that Regina and Kathryn are friends, it does give the former a legitimate reason to be all up in their business, because if there was no curse, its just a lady concerned that her friend's scumbag husband is cheating on her.

So, since the SHOT Show was last week, decided to scour the interwebs for anything interesting at the show. The only things that have caught my so far are:

1) The new tactical model of the Kel-Tec KSG. Only 21 inches overall, but still manages to have a 10+1 (or rather, 5+5+1) magazine capacity, 13.5 inch barrel and a full stock. So its as concealable as a sawed-off shotgun with a pistol grip, but more accurate and manageable, with nearly thrice the firepower.

2) The H&K G28. This has actually been out for a few months now, but its my first time seeing it. Anyways, its H&K's new semi-auto sniper, based off the H&K 417. Its so sexy! ( cut for your benefit )

Interesting, the weapon has a vertical foregrip and a red-dot sight mounted above the scope, I guess for use in non-sniping sitches.

Oh, I forgot to mention on Saturday, had dinner at Tilted Kilt with zarathrustra94 and turdburgler and their kid, and M. Oddly enough, I bumped into a couple of coworkers there. I'm never sure what the protocol is in those situations. I did a cursory wave and went about my business. Is that sufficient? I hardly know them, so while I don't want to snub them, neither do I want to intrude. They did mention the whole deal a meeting this morning, and didn't seem offended, so I suppose I did enough.

I've come to realize, "This Means War" is totally my kind of movie. I mean, an action movie with Bane and new Kirk that's also a Reese Witherspoon rom-com? All they need to do is throw in a musical number and it'll be one of the greatest movies evar!
