TV commentary:
Glee- Given the number of times I've this week's ep, I suppose I would count it as one of my favorites. Mostly for the numbers, I thought "Wedding Bell Blues" was cute (probably the best Emma performance to date), and it seemed like the cast had a lot of fun doing "We Found Love" in the pool. Same with "Summer Nights". It was cool how closely they tried to mimic the scene from the movie, like having Santana be all Rizo and kicking Rachel and Mercedes off the bench. I also thought it was funny that Kurt was with the girls, while Blaine was with the boys. So I guess Blaine is the dude in their relationship?
But there is one part of that number that has seriously baffled me- in the beginning, when the guys ask Sam to recount his summer fling with Mercedes, Puck grabs Sam's hand and kisses it! Its just such an odd thing to do- I rewatched the scene from Grease, and no one did that to Danny, so its not like they were just copying something that happened in the film. So seriously, why in the world did Puck do that?!
