Back at work. And hungry. I could sure go for some sausage and eggs. I'll have to settle for a pop tart. One thing that just occured to me with the PVR being in my room is that I can pause Gilmore Girls on Tuesday night so I can get ready for bed and waste less time after midnight. Then, I can just fast forward through the commercials. Its very time saving. With the amount of time I spend watching TV, I should have sought a career in the field. Those TWoP people seem to have a good deal. Alas, too bad I don't like my writing, and I'm not really as clever as I purport myself to be. Anyways, its time for my Tuesday TV commentary:

Slow day, it is. Its quiet on all fronts, just about. Owel, the song in Vice City that I've been trying to figure out isn't on the soundtrack. I actually went through all the CDs trying to find the song, but to no avail. But luckily, I found a page that listed all the songs and which ones weren't on the sountrack. So after some googling on the lyrics of the omitted songs, I'm 90% sure its Joe Jackson's "Stepping Out". Unfortunately, the 'puter hear doesn't have speakers, so I can't verify it. Owel, at least it wasn't like the brassy song. It took me like half a decade just to figure out that it was Chuck Magione's "Feel so Good". I mean, how does one really find a song with no lyrics on the internet? I mean, what are you supposed to google? Luckily, Mark found out it was in Hard to Kill, and a quick review of the credits gave me what I was looking for. Then there was "Classical Gas". Ah, if there was only way you could like hum a tune into a microphone or something and a computer figure out what song it is.

Speaking of instrumentals, there's another instrumental song that sounds kinda like the brassy song. Its on my grandparents' 50th anniversary wedding tape. I'd watch it again to get the tune, but I'd rather not see what an idiot I was. Yep, I don't think there's a home video of family events where I wasn't 1) an idiot or 2) later, a drunken idiot.

I also have to remember to ask Bill who at work is freaked out by me. I guess I can be quite random at times.
