Oct. 2nd, 2002 09:33 amOwel, most of yesterday was spent at home playing GTA3 on the PS2. I hadn't gotten all the packages or put out enough fires to get the flamethrower at the hideout. But I was able to get that last damn package without the mafia guys killing me, and I only have 13 more fires to put out in Shoreside Vale. Once I finish that, I can work on Onimusha and finish that so I can borrow Onimusha 2 from Chris. I already unlocked everything in Tekken 4, but I don't think I have the skillz to raise my VF4 characters level to the highest ranking. And dammit, GTA: Vice City comes out soon.
Anyways, enough about video games. Skipped out on trivia yet again, though I'm told they no longer have it at Burrito Art. Tuesday is just a pain in the ass because of all the shows. Does 24 start soon? Once that happens, I guess the schedule will be Buffy at 8 and 24 at 9, and thanx to the time shifted WBs on Dish, catch Smallville on WGN at 10, and Gilmore Girls on KTLA at 11.

I had this weird dream last night where I was riding around in a jetski on this river for some hunting/fishing/outdoors sort of show. And I was partly freaked out because I can't swim, and I had no lifevest on. Well, I can do something, but I wouldn't exactly call it swimming. Hell, my skinny ass doesn't even float. Owel, I should put "learn to swim properly" on my list of things to do if I wasn't so lazy, like skydiving. I wonder if there's a place outside of the military that teaches you helicopter rappelling? That's one thing I never found interesting about climbing. Its like okay, you climbed up this big rock. But rappelling down does seem cool. And you need to get down anyways. You don't need to go up though.
