iZombie- Heh, this ep was so frustrating! I mean, at least Liv, Clive, and Peyton had an excuse, they were working on a case. But Ravi is in mortal danger, undercover with a bunch of anti-zombie nuts, and Major is busy literally effing around. I was trying to figure out if Ravi was trying to give him some duress code that Major just missed.
And Blaine, what an a-hole! He's the only one Ravi could get a hold of, and he sure takes his sweet ass time trying to mount a rescue. Like he's busy making his proposition to Mr Big, and then waits until Liv is post-coitus with Justin to get her. Not that he was purposely doing the latter. And to be fair, a guy like Mr Big, I suppose its wise to get it done with right then and there, because if he just left him tied up, I'm sure the guy might've been able to escape and throw a wrench in things.
But interesting, the conspiracy with the Peyton's case grows bigger. So the guy did kill the dominatrix lady, but he didn't kill himself, he was hanged by a guard. Who promptly disappears, presumed dead on a cruise with his wife. And crazy guy's daughter is a secret zombie, taken in by a secret zombie family. Presumably only people associated with the one company use the brains in the squeeze tube thing, so I guess they're mixed up in all this.
PLL- Oh, please! They're trying to make Mona look all shady. Obviously, she's not team AD! She's covering for the girls behind their backs, because Hanna's the only one who trusts her. And she has the conspiracy board for her own illumination, since she has to figure out everything for herself because the girls don't tell her anything.
And interesting, she may have figured out Aria is under AD's thumb. Aria ends up dropping off a recording at Spence's house, implicating Peter trying to kill Mary. Which of course blows up the Hastings. I mean, knowing Peter and Jessica conspired to kill Mary is not only some unsettling info for Veronica and Spence, Veronica feels she must withdraw her senatorial position lest this scandal come out.
As a reward, Aria gets back the police report she filled out but never filed against Ezra for being a creeper.
Oh, and to allay Ashley's suspicions, Caleb proposes to Hanna. Well, that's not the only reason, he does want to marry her.
And I guess we get a glimpse of why Furey is so Furey-us at Spencer. I think he's worried Spencer got close to him that night because he was a cop and was just using him. I mean, she was using him to drown her sorrows over Caleb. But he's barking up the wrong tree if he thinks it was on purpose. Not sure why Spencer didn't fire back that she had no idea he was a cop at the time.
Also, Mona and Emily team up to investigate the fertility doctor who did the procedure on Ali. They don't find out who, he doesn't know, but he has a donor number, which I'm sure Mona can figure out who the father is eventually.
