TV commentary:

Supergirl- Awesome ep. The Sanvers stuff was great. I also liked the conflict between Maggie and Kara. Not just over Alex and how they both care about her but had very different approaches on how to handle her kidnapping. But the fact that Maggie isn't thrilled with Supergirl's crime fighting sometimes.

I mean, that is an interesting idea, how sometimes lawyers have a field day over Supergirl's "citizen arrests". Claims of brutality, evidence missing since the crime scenes are such a mess after Supergirl comes in like a wrecking ball, etc. Though in the former case, you think she would of heard about this situation by now. Like if criminals complained about their treatment by Supergirl, wouldn't they at least try and get a hold of her to answer for such things?

I also liked what little we saw of Kara and Lena's friendship in this ep. They do actually hang out! And even though Kara wasn't able to help Lena, Lena checked in with her since Kara sounded like she was perturbed about something. Interesting though, does Mon-El's mom know Lena is friends with Kara and therefore Supergirl? Does she know Lena doesn't know Kara is Supergirl? Is this part of her plan?

And heh, they finally confirm that everyone in the DEO knows Kara is Supergirl. I mean, they would have to, but I think this is the first time they actually said it out loud.

Gotham- Ah, so he was telling the truth. Jim's uncle was indeed trying to betray the Owls and save Gotham. But since that plan goes awry, he kills himself and makes Jim takes his place in the court to try and stop their plan.

Better Call Saul- Some pretty cool players here. So Hector comes around to Los Pollos Hermanos being all intimidating and eventually making Gus take his product across the border as well. Gus reluctantly accepts... but that was his plan all along! Interesting though, since Mike doesn't take Gus' payment this ep, what makes him become a loyal soldier to Gus by the time of Breaking Bad?

And he helps Saul by pretending to be a handyman fixing Chuck's door after Kim secretly finds and cancels the original appointment. He takes some pictures for Jimmy. And then at the hearing, Jimmy and Kim act like Chuck has won, but they have a plan secretly cooking? Wonder what they're planning. One of the pics was of a gas lantern being laid on a stack of old newspapers. Are they going to attack Chuck's competency? Something to do with safety hazards at the house?
