Agents of SHIELD- Ah, it is as I expected! One of Fitzsimmons was an LMD, and it ended up being Fitz.
So Daisy and Jemma hack into the framework to take over their avatars and find their friends. But what the eff, Daisy is with Ward? In Aida's tailored wish-fulfillment world, she thinks Daisy would be with Ward? What bullshit is that? But uh-oh, will Jemma wake up in a coffin since her counterpart in this world is apparently dead? And who is the person with Fitz then?
Interesting though, so I guess Mack is with his wife, and their kid never died. But Coulson is a teacher, who possibly espouses anti-Inhuman sentiments, and May is at the Triskellion, but it has the Hydra shield out front rather than the SHIELD symbol?
But yeah, Aida I guess kills Radcliffe's body to upload him permanently to the Framework, as she has determined the greatest threat to the Framework is himself, if he changes his mind about it. And LMD May blows herself up and takes LMD Coulson with her, as LMD May's only programming was to steal the book. The rest of her memories/desires/motivations are May's. And as such as she's loyal to the real Coulson, not this LMD facsimile.
The Expanse- Again, I love the commitment to try and be scientifically accurate. Like when I watched last week's episode again, and Eros moved out of the way I thought, if it really moved that fast, wouldn't Miller feel that? And sure enough, they said if it moved as quickly as it did to dodge the Nauvoo, he would've been "splattered like a bug". But the proto-molecule can defy physics.
But yeah, then when the Rocinante was chasing Eros station, they were basically going so fast that the crew was in danger of dying. You know, I should read up on the technology of the show, because I still don't know what that stuff is that Alex injects into himself to somehow handle high-G maneuvers.
Yikes though, I mean, Miller does manage to save earth by convincing proto-molecule Julie to crash into Venus instead. But, since Johnson was legitimately trying by offering to take control of the missiles to be guided in by the Rocinante painting it with a laser, and they had to change plans, it does come off like he was playing them in a bid to steal missiles.
Heh, it was a nice touch to have Chrisjen tell the aide to warn the Martian ambassador that the huge volume of nukes Earth just shot out wasn't like a first strike against Mars. Because I guess it could be read that way.
It will definitely be interesting to see the aftermath of this.
