TV commentary:
NCIS- Seriously?! Did they introduce a bf for Ellie just a few eps ago just to kill him off?! And they seemed to ratchet up Reeves interest in her. Is he going to avenge her bf's death and then eventually get with her?
Bones- Color me surprised! So it turns out Zack had been spying on all the Jefferson folks via their e-mails just to feel close to them. But, he had also been pretending to be the expert consulting with Hodgin's therapist. Unfortunately the therapy doesn't work- Zack realized this, but continued on to give Hodgins hope, because he heard "hope" can sometimes lead to recovery.
But it doesn't! It looks like Hodgins is permanently paralyzed now, but he and Ang are fine with it. I'm kinda surprised they went this route- last season they made it seem like he was going to get a miracle cure and walk again, but I guess they decided to keep him in the wheelchair for good.
Anyways, Zack is not the killer. Instead, its a random doctor guy from the asylum Zack was at. The guy tries to kill Zack, but Zack bests him, but cannot finish him off. So the doctor takes advantage of that and turns the tables on him. But lucky for Zack, Booth saves him.
This results in Zack revealing to Booth and Brennan that he never killed that one guy. So they're all, "This is good, we can get you out!" Didn't Sweets try to do that way back when when he find out, only for Zack to be all, "Well, I'm still an accomplice, and claiming to murder the guy institutionalized me rather than put me in real jail, so if its revealed I didn't, I'll get sent to real jail!"
So what changed? Are they trying to act like they could get him freed on time served? Served at the place where he had free reign to come and go as he pleased? Like, he wasn't really being punished since he just chose to stay to avoid real jail, so I'm not sure they could actually claim he's "served his time"!
