TV commentary:

Bones- That was unexpected! Well, sort of. I mean, they fake you out by making Aubrey seem like the one who's in more at risk in the beginning. But then they had a scene making a big show of Hodgins taking painkillers for an ongoing condition, so you knew something was going to happen with him. And sure enough, he's paralyzed. And right after he agreed to Angela's request they have more kids!

I'm wondering if Hodgins checked himself out against Doctor's orders, or if the hospital dropped the ball. Because what they said at the end, if its possible there's a condition that could present 24-48 hours after the trauma, shouldn't they keep him under observation until that time lapsed? I mean, I get he probably wanted to work because there was someone killing cops with bombs, but still! Although I guess if the team didn't work fast, more people might have gotten killed since the boys were already making another bomb when Booth caught them.

The Originals- Ha, that always cracks me up now! All the ways they've come up with to not have Claire Holt on the show without actually killing Rebekah for good. I mean, I guess they have to get creative since Claire doesn't want to be a regular, but since she's a popular character, and they don't want to ruin the "always and forever" dynamic with her brothers, and it would be problematic for them to kill off another original, they can't just kill her.

But heh, they free her but the magic stake they used on her is making her go mad. They think Freya is able to undo it. But, since they don't want the Trinity and the Strix to know they have her, she has to go into hiding. Which, I call bullshit! There's no way they don't know Rebekah was recovered! I mean, it seems the Strix has pretty good intelligence capabilities. And surely they always have someone watching the compound, who would've seen the ruckus going on when they tried to cure Rebekah.

But! Turns out the curse started to manifest itself again. So, the Bekster has Elijah dagger her in secret and not tell anyone, and once they get around the prophecy, they can figure a way to cure her. And the prophecy is still effin confusing! I think I've gotten a firmer grip on the plot now- so, the Trinity finds out the Originals are in trouble. So, the Trinity wants to lock them away for good so the Originals don't die and the bloodlines are safe?

Then what the hell was Rebekah talking about if Elijah daggers her, it will count as the "one by family" part of the prophecy? I figured it only counts if he had permanently killed her. Because, didn't she get curse staked by Aya, so why wouldn't that count as the "one by foe" then?

Other stuff, Jackson and Hayley try to make it work. Its interesting though, with Jackson saving Freya, that's yet another scene where these two are together. So are they going to have Hayley eventually leave Jackson for Elijah, and Jackson getting with Freya?

Speaking of, she loses her Finn necklace! Which again, I call BS on the Strix not knowing Rebekah is alive, if they're able to get into the compound unnoticed to steal the necklace! But why do the Strix steal it? So Tristan apparently buys Van's building or some such shit, basically killing his family's business or something and forcing him out in the streets. Unless he becomes Tristan's new regent puppet.

But, Marcel finally convinces Vincent to stop running away and get back to with business! Vincent is all, I will, but I won't be your puppet! Which secretly suits Marcel just fine, as long as it isn't the Strix. Too bad since the Strix have the necklace, when Vincent is regent, they try to blackmail him- either he works for them, or they'll just install Finn in him, and Finncent will do their bidding, since Finn and Tristan were apparently friends back in the day.

Finally, Kinney is about to kill himself because his life has gone to shit because of Lucien's compulsion. But Klaus saves him at Cami's request by putting him under a more uplifting compulsion. Cami is grateful, and in the end, they finally succumb to their passions and Cami and Klaus sleep together. Too bad Aurora possibly compelled Cami to slit her own throat if she and Klaus consummated their love.

Now, is Cami dead, dead? Did she have vamp blood in her system for some reason? But wow, I get Aurora is crazy, but way to piss off Klaus! I mean, the rest of the Mikaelsons won't be pleased. And neither will Marcel, so by that note, the rest of the NOLA vampires.
