Major Crimes- Is it me, or did it seem like both Slider and the brother were like hitting on Rusty these past couple of eps? Looking at the forums, I'm not the only one. But heh, way to freak people out thinking Flynn had a stroke on stand when he was just being all dramatic trying to demonstrate what things were like for the victim!
Fargo- Well, that was unexpected! I mean, it was one thing for Rye to have possibly seen an UFO, its another one for a flying saucer to freaking show up in the middle of a shoot out to distract Bear long enough so that Lou would have a moment's respite from being strangled to kill Bear. Personally, I'm fine with it, whatever, its a weird show. (They had Martin Freeman narrating the ep as if he was reading a book, for goodness sake!) But I'm guessing it may be too outlandish for some.
Ha, I do like Peggy's nonchalance over the whole thing, all, "Its a flying saucer, whatever!" I also like when Mike and the Kitchen brother show up, see the carnage and are all, "Um, yeah, never mind, we're out of here!" It is interesting, because I thought this was the season finale, so I thought it would be a three (four? I guess the Blomquists are there own side) way shoot out between the cops, the Gearhardts, and KC?
And Lou doesn't even know his wife is possibly dead/dying! I guess neither does her dad. And if she's not dead, she doesn't even know her pops is clinging to life as well! It will definitely be interesting to see how this all ends!
NCIS:LA- This went as expected. Since Deeks was back with the team and everything was fine with him and Kensi in the ep they switched because of the Paris massacre, obviously things would work out fine! But I guess the twist is Marty really did do what he was excused of, and Hetty helped cover it up.
I wish they elaborated on it more. So he killed the crooked cop, but in what context? Like Hetty recommended he never speak of this again, and don't tell the others. Personally, I think they'd all be fine with it. I mean, wasn't Kensi hunting her father's killer? But like I said, context is important. Like if Deeks suspected the guy was going to kill the hooker girl and executed him before he could, that is kinda messed up. But if he came in to save the girl and ended up killing the guy in self defense, but they covered it up to protect her/there were too many questions that people might not believe Deeks did it in self defense, that's a little better.
