TV commentary:
SVU- What kinda of bonehead is this defense lawyer?! So, Barba's key witness goes missing, and he's all, "he was integral to our case!" And instead of the defense lawyer taking the assured victory, he reveals he had the witness all along, who's now testifying for him! What the frick? Just because he's his witness now doesn't mean Barba can't talk to him and perhaps do what he wanted to do in the first freaking place!
But its cool that Carisi's brother in law was vindicated and it wasn't one of those eps with an unhappy ending where they lament that people can't believe a man can be raped.
Bones- Ah, I was wondering about that! At first, I thought they were going to lay it all on the housewife lady since she technically dealt the fatal blow and hid the body. But since landlord lady caused a subdural hematoma by accidentally pegging her in the head with the hammer, it seemed to me the victim wouldn't have died if not for both their attacks. But thankfully they did explain in the next scene that fix it lady was up for manslaughter and Caroline made a deal with the housewife lady for probation so her kids wouldn't be orphans.
But what the, Christine sees dead people? When did this become the Ghost Whisperer?
