TV commentary:

NCIS: LA- Finally! Deeks and Kensi actually being a couple, waking up in bed together, kissing, etc. It was going to be annoying if they continued to just allude to them being in a relationship but not actually show it. And hey, I didn't know Ernie Reyes Jr had shown up previously on this show as a Ghurka. Cool. But then they freaking kill him off. The way he was all smiley and happy in the end, I thought he was just pulling Deeks' leg. But nope, he died! bbv('This is total BS!')

Though, given what was happening to his character, not sure what he could've done. His country (or elements of his country) betrayed him, but he's still extremely loyal to it. So he was kinda in a limbo, the writers killing him off was the way to easily resolve that.

Rizzoli and Isles- I knew it! The assistant being a big faker? ojv('Man, its obvious!') And it was really suspicious they never showed the doctor, so I had a feeling he did something to the guy. Like, you have an unidentified corpse (or piece of a corpse) and a suspect whom they can't find. It always ends up being that the suspect IS the corpse.

But what's up with Angela falling into the bartender position? Like Korsak was starting this business, and he knew Angela was looking for a job, and he didn't freaking ask her from the start?! Like she had to accidentally do the job, and he had to hear about it for her to hire her?

Perception- This too, was obvious. I mean, it wasn't going to be the BARN people. But still, it was cool to see RLC make out with a chick and then flash her her tits. spcv('nice!')

But yeah, when they mentioned the guy having sleep problem since he was little, its like, okay, they're doing the randomly mentioning an odd condition, so he did it. But then when they mentioned his dream about finding his family dead and then bayoneting his brother in law, it was like, how did it take them that long to realize the brother in law killed the family, and then the guy killed him while he was sleep walking.

SVU- Holy frick, Robert Vaughn got old! I mean, I guess he is, but still! And weird, is Mercedes Ruehl playing Barba's mom?! I didn't think she was that old! But poor Barba, his abuela died!

Suits- So that problem is solved, for now, but as usual, I'm sure it will bite them in the ass later. What Donna ends up doing is a big deal, because she implied she was with the NTSB, which makes it felony fraud. So she's actually in some deep shit. Harvey thinks Evan is just trying to strong arm him to drop the case, but no, she's wants to mess him up bad. As usual, their first few maneuvers fail- Mike says there's 5 things needed to prove fraud. And they don't have injury, because in order to do that, then the company has to admit they had files showing they were guilty of wrong doing. So all they have is intent.

But then Harvey has to cockily say the DAs office has never gone after anyone for intent. Way to piss off your former colleagues. So they do go after Donna for intent, mostly because they think Harvey ordered it, so they're trying to get to him through her. Which is one of the most effed up aspects of their relationship. Because she knows him and what he needs she'll do stuff without his knowledge to protect him, but people assume he's just ordering her to do these things.

And since Harvey is a fighter, the kind of guy who throws gasoline on the flames, Donna is freaking the eff out, because in her eyes, Harvey seems like he's more concerned with winning than with her, because he's not even trying to comfort or reassure her. She even wants to go to Louis, because the real reason she's in trouble isn't because she did something illegal, but because they think Harvey put her up to something illegal, and they want to get to him through her. So these people are purposely trying to provoke a reaction from him, and we all know how Harvey handles provocation. She feels Harvey is too deeply tied into all this for him to be the right choice for the job.

Harvey reassures her that he will fight to the death to protect her, so she sticks with him, to Louis' chagrin. (Which, wow, Louis wasn't a dick this ep, he legitimately felt for Donna, and tried to reassure her initially by saying she's good because Harvey would never let anything happen to her) And he says, fine, yes, the thought of her going to jail is so crushing he can't even think about it. That's why he has to go hard at this case lest he breakdown.

In the end, they get someone to continue the case (the original guy thinking the case was dropped because Mike was paid off, and thus took a pay off rom the company), the conductor who had been thrown under the bus by the company, promising him a better payoff no matter what happens with the case. (and speaking of, when Mike and Rachel go to see that guy, is it me, or are they a ridiculously good looking couple? Rachel especially, that coat was quite smart and fashionable) Then Harvey pays off the first guy to no longer be quiet (as he says, the problem with paying someone off there's always someone willing to pay more? Though, what if they decide to do that?), and says he's not going after Liberty Rail, he's going after Evan, so she better make sure that witness who saw Donna recants, or else. Which is obstruction, but since when have they cared about pesky things like that if it saves one of their asses?

And poor Jessica, she finally lets down her walls. She tells Jeff she loves him, but then he quits. I'm sure that won't make her colder and more guarded! Although I suppose maybe it'll be a learning experience for her and she won't play her cards so close to the vest that it effs up her next relationship.
