geebsThere is way too much TV on Tuesday- NCIS, Selfie, The Flash, Supernatural, Agents of SHIELD, Person of Interest, Sons of Anarchy, Faking It. It also gives me a lot of reblog fodder on tumblr- Karen Gillan looking all hot on Selfie, as well as Skimmons, Shoot/Raw, and Karmy gifsets because I'm ghey like that.
TV commentary:
NCIS- Aw, those last few minutes were so sad, but I suppose hopeful. So we find out about Ducky's path. Apparently before he left for the military, he found out the girl of his dreams had gotten with his best friend, because she didn't know there was anything that could be had between her and Ducky. After he had it out with his friend, she tries to see him off, but he takes off, and saw neither of them ever since.
But yeah, the whole line about his friend (Gibbs) losing his soul mate and ruining his life with one bad marriage after the other trying to find that again, and Ducky saying he thought he'd just skip all that when his love asked him why he never married again? Wow, that's such a sad and poignant thing to say about both himself and Gibbs. But at least, Ducky has a chance to be with her again. I wonder what he'll do? Will they try to make it work, or will they just share one last moment there? I hope the former.
Sons of Anarchy- Well, things come to a head. So everything is out in the open, and everyone "knows" that the Chinese killed Tara, and this war is all about that. Lin threatens Nero to turn over Jax, which is a misstep, because Nero throws his lot in with Jax. He tricks Lin into a meet with Jax, were Robocop's crooked cops are waiting to help the club take care of business. Unfortunately, Unser had tipped off Althea, who tipped off Stockton, who had non-crooked cops tailing Lin. But Althea gives Chibs a heads up, and they leave Lin and his crew alive, to be arrested and dealt with in prison.
Heh, but Lin is just confused about the whole thing, all, "What was that all about?!"
Hilariously, this has some blowback for Juice. He sees about the massacre, realizes the Chinese are involved. And lo and behold, there's some Asian guy following him around. Turns out it was someone who worked at the motel, since Juice was still there past the amount of time Unser paid for. Whoops! Juice kills him and Unser has to cover up his mistake. Which, the guy was an innocent, but maybe next time be all, "Hey deadbeat, you're not supposed to be in this motel, we need money!" instead of just silently creeping around all suspicious. I'm not saying he brought it on himself, but saying nothing at all didn't help any.
But yeah, after that little stunt, Gemma decides its time to take out Juice, because he's too much of a liability. Unfortunately, she makes a misstep. She's taking Juice off somewhere to kill him, and lies that they're meeting Nero, who has a Coyote friend to smuggle him into Mexico. Juice realizes she's an effin' liar, because he knows Nero would never help him after killing Davigny. So he wrestles Gemma's silenced pistol away from her (ah, so that's what that was for!) and the ep ends with him about to execute her. Of course he's not- I like how some people were all, he's not going to execute her, because that would be the smart thing to do, considering what a viper Gemma is. But nope, he only kills people when its extremely stupid to do so and will totally eff things up for him.
