geebsHere at work alone, because the other people claim they couldn't make it in. I mean, while its somewhat fine over here, I guess it is pretty snowy up north.
TV commentary:
Being Human- Okay, hilarious ep! "Werewolf Dance Party!" HA! And then Aiden and Kenny for some reason start beat boxing? Classic! Owel, poor Aiden, he told Kat the truth (wonder if he told her she had found out before but he had Blake erase it from her mind?) So, they're broken up. You know, I keep thinking those two chicks he killed were like manifestations of his subconscious, but I forget, no, those are their ghosts that show up from time to time.
But yeah, so he meets up with Kenny, gets drunk on blood and shows up back home, which goes swimmingly with the werewolf baby shower Josh and Nora are throwing for that one couple. Particularly since they had only invited them, and another couple friend of the new parents, the male half, Mark is very alpha-ish and invites the rest of the pack. So its only inevitable that Kenny and Aiden would show up as Mark was spouting anti-vamp sentiments and sticking together to protect themselves from the "leeches". But again, ha, who knew the whole shouting "werewolf dance party"/beatboxing thing would defuse the situation.
Add to the fact that Josh's sister chose that same day to show up, fresh from rehab, and its a crazy time. Which, looks like Sally is curbing the magic use. First, she tries to cast a spell on Emily to let her see Sally, so she can talk her through her crisis (since there's a bunch of booze at the party). Which fails, but does allow her to see Kenny's true face, which sparks a brawl between the vamps and the wolves. Then, she ends up being cast back through time, as per usual, this time to the 20s where she sees Aiden back when he was evil.
I was confused when she was talking about 2 days/2 weeks, were they saying she was stuck in the 20s for 2 weeks and was subjected to two weeks of Aiden horror? But heh, so after that disturbing trip, when she returns, Aiden is all drunk and rebounding, and wants to get with her. (or rather, wishes he could get with her, after all, she is a ghost) Which, hey, she's totally cute, why not? But alas, she's horrified, and besides he's drunk and rebounding, and again, she's a ghost, so its not like they can do anything.
But yeah, between those two things, Sally is starting to realize maybe magic isn't such a good idea. Particularly since Josh chastises her all, he knows she means well, but she always leaves a mess in her wake.
Anyways, in the end, I was worried Aiden actually did glamer Kat into loving him again, but luckily that was just a dark fantasy and he didn't go through with it. And, he turns down Kenny's offer to erase his memory, because this hurt and loss is a part of him, its normal, and he needs it.
Lingering issues- the whole party debacle makes Nora and Josh join the pack, if only to try and reign these guys in. The Mark guy apologizes for being an Alpha dick, so they're cool for now. But I'm sure at some point Josh will end up fighting him for leadership.
Also, Kenny gets with some werewolf cutie Astrid at the party, which, a vamp and werewolf dating? I'm sure that will cause choas. Aiden says they'll prolly catch flack from both sides, but they play it off. We'll see if this is a ticking time bomb.
