TV commentary:

Breaking Bad- I keep forgetting to comment on Mike. I enjou Mike's hatred of Walter, because its totally justified. Mike had a good thing going until Walt showed up and totally fucked things up for him and Gus. Mike was a professional, did everything right, and then this outsider shows up, burns his organization, and then ends up killing him for something he could've gotten off of Lydia. At least Walt does feel bad for that- Mike could've driven off into the sunset and Walter could still have gotten the names of the old guard.

Of course, I'm not sure if I agree with Mike saying if Walter just played nice, did his cook and leave, things would've been fine. But Walter had to get greedy. I'm trying to remember, was Gus just going to have Walt cook that batch, and then just pay him and let him go? He wasn't always going to kill him and have Gale takeover? Or was that only after things started to be a pain in the ass for Gus? And I'm surprised Walt didn't make the argument that some of that trouble was because he was trying to help out Jesse, whom Mike has gotten fond of. If not for Walter's actions, Jesse would've been a dead junkie at this point. So the trouble Walt stirred up wasn't motivated solely by money. He and Jesse have had their issues, but there's always been a sort of loyalty there.

Covert Affairs- How Breaking Bad of them. Doing a time jump to Annie getting ready to shoot her way somewhere to kill someone (possibly Henry Wilcox?) and then doing the 10 weeks earlier thing? So Arthur has a secret son no one knows about who's a big Columbian criminal now? And he resigns, citing a non-existent extra-marital affair (with the bionic woman?), heh, before Joan can tell him she's preggers with his child.
