TV commentary:

Once Upon A Time- Weird, Krycek was just on Supernatural this past Friday, now he's here again. Even weirder, young Peter and young Olivia from Fringe are paired together again as Hansel and Gretel. Is it just a coincidence, or is this another weird Abrams fanwank? Its amusing that Gretel is the smart, tough bad-ass, and Hansel is friggin useless.

But how cool is the Evil Queen's outfit in this ep? That hat! The leather capelet? Its just so... crazy, yet totally stylish! Too bad she can be such a frakking krant. But she can also be so hilariously snarky! And I know its been said before, but wow, do Jennifer Morrison and Ginnifer Goodwin look uncannily alike. I mean, talk about perfect casting.

Interesting take on the Hansel and Gretel story though. So their dad disappears, and the Queen catches them. She's all, I'll help you find your dad, if you go into this house and get this bag for me. Apparently the house is warded against her, but children can enter. She warns them not to eat anything. But of course, what does that idiot Hansel do, eat something, waking the witch (played by Anya from Buffy, who is looking quite hot here as a blind witch) and getting their asses captured.

But, they escape thanks to Gretel's bad-assedness, and they lock the witch in the oven. Its amusing the witch can teek the windows and doors closed, but she can't get herself out an oven. And her magic sucks if Queenie can just blast her through magic mirror while she's trapped in the oven. But ha, the satchel contained the poison apple!

And even more hilarious, apparently the Queen sent other children in there, and H&G were the only ones to emerge alive, so she wanted to reward them by adopting them. HA! Of course, they refuse her (well, Gretel does, Hansel is a sucker!), pissing her off to no end. So, she dumps them in the middle of the forest. And to no one's surprise, she had captured Krycek. She's confident they'll never find each other.

In the real world, argh, at first we think we get the real story about Henry's dad- that he was a fireman who died saving a family. But then Emma confesses to Mary Margaret that she made the whole thing up to spare Henry, because his real dad sucks!

It is odd though that Regina was making Emma take H&G to Boston, when she has to know they can't leave. Unless she was counting on something horrible happening to them. In any case, on the way there, Emma's car mysteriously breaks down, and lest you think its the curse, she had found Krycek earlier, and knew he was a mechanic. So who should come to her aid? In any case, they live happily ever after.

And heh, weird, I didn't realize MM didn't know the whole Henry thinks Emma is her daughter thing. But Emma spills the goods, and they think its funny, but it is amusing that they acknowledge they do look similar.

Leverage- So, they're acting like Artie "knows" the team since he was the one who picked them for Nate in the pilot? Ah'm skeptical!

So, Nate figures the way to counter him is to get help from former enemies. Now, Wil Wheaton, sure (though didn't they send him to jail or something for trying to kill them?). And its odd they brought back that one dude Eliot fought way back in season one. His role was so minor, that even with the flashback, people are all, "Who?!"

And Nate was all, we get people who aren't friends, but shouldn't Parker's friggin' mentor count as a friend?! Also, Nate's wife?!
