Vampire Diaries- Honestly, these people should not be worrying about Elena's safety. I mean, definitely worry about everyone else's safety, but if anyone is safe in MF, its Elena. Klaus isn't gonna kill her, he needs her to keep his hybrids going! So if both sides have a vested interest in keeping her alive, no worries!
How can you not ship Delena? They just ooze chemistry! Got to love the full disclosure on this show. As I've said before, its one of the best parts of the show, that there's none of that BS where people keep secrets from each other and prolonging ridiculousness via misunderstanding. Anyhoo, Stefan lets Damon know about the whole stopping him from killing Klaus to protect him, because of that whole "kill Damon" final complulsion on the hybrids. Damon of course tells Elena, because he doesn't want feel guilty by not telling her something that shows Stefan hasn't gone full evil.
But heh, he even tells her he's kinda pissed Stefan is still kinda good, because it makes him feel guilty for desiring Elena. And then, awesomely, he says, screw it, if he's gonna feel guilty, he might as well fell guilty for something worth it, and kisses her.
Other stuff: Stefan is hiding the coffins in the witch house, which the ghosts are hiding magically, because they don't like Klaus very much.
Tyler is still on team Klaus, and ended up getting Jeremy off vervain so Klaus could compel him to take off his ring and stand in front of a speeding car. Alaric ends up taking the hit instead. Luckily, it was being driven by a hybrid, so it still counts as a "supernatural death". Unfortunately, the ring doesn't work fully, and even after Alaric comes back, he's still mortally wounded.
Klaus' hybrid tries to make a deal with Elena to save him, but Jeremy shoots the guy and chops his head off, and they take Alaric to the hospital. Damon revives him with his blood, and Alaric meets new character played by Stefan's real life wife (i.e. crazy nanny Carrie/Spencer's sister from PLL) Meredith Fell. She's surprised by Alaric's recovery, but doesn't press it for some reason, as if it was normal. "Oh, a bunch of broken ribs, a concussion, and massive internal bleeding, and all of a sudden you're better? Okay, nothing weird!" But being a Fell, I wonder if she knows more than she lets on?
Anyhoo, the fallout from this is that Tyler is kinda mad at Klaus, because he doesn't want to hurt his friends, but unfortunately, he can't really do more than impotently complain. Elena upset and not wanting her brother/cousin's life to continually be at risk and have to do thing like chop heads off, makes a decision with Alaric and Damon to have Damon compel him away from Mystic Falls to live a normal life. Weird, so is he off the show for a while?!
Also not returning for a while? Barbie Klaus. Elena gives Rebekah back to Klaus to try and assuage him, but she also informs him that Beks knows the truth about him being the real killer of their mum. So, he undaggers her, only to redagger her again because he can't trust her.
Secret Circle- So Cassie tells Adam about her dark bloodline, and he inadvertently tells Faye, and Cassie ends up almost accidentally killing him upset as his betrayal. So now the whole gang knows. I can't remember, there's the theory that she and Faye are half sisters, I guess Faye also has the evil bloodline? Which makes her attempts to be able to cast magic w/o the rest of the circle interesting, because she should be able to if she's anything like Cass. So if she did find a method, how would she know it wasn't her accidentally tapping into her untapped power?
Anyways, Diana's grams shows up, suspicious of Henry's death and Jane's mental issues. You know, these elders should stop investigating things alone! But at least Charles' mom is no fool. She knows Charles and Dawn are up to something. She also tells Cassie she can get rid of her darkness, but really tries to kill her for the good of the world. But even that wasn't her true intention, she was trying to suss out Cass' full capabilities, thinking she is the one that can tap the balance between good and evil. Given she doesn't want her son to fall to darkness, I assume she means using Cassie as a force of good?
