Riverdale- For an ep whose title was referencing Fast Times, it sure had a lot of Ferris Bueller references. But Kerr Smith's apparently the new principal, and Sam Witwer, fresh from last season of Supergirl is here playing a teacher from some fancy prep school wanting to recruit Jug.

Nancy Drew- Heh, what the hell, I totally did not realize Bess was Odessa from Into the Badlands. (Or if I did know, I had forgotten). But I guess its the hair. And also, since this takes place in a "normal" world and not a post-apocalypse, the makeup. Not that Odessa didn't look like she was wearing makeup at times. But even living out of her van, Bess isn't dealing with the same amount of shit Odessa did. She's not fending off attacks by rival baronies or living in refugee encampments or whatever.
