TV commentary:
90210- Is it me, or is Liam's little stalker Laura kinda cute when she's all teary-eyed? (Am I disturbed for thinking that?) Just so there's context on this, she was actually on the verge of tears because she was worried the people she was trying to deal drugs to were about the cheat her. So I guess she's secretly a drug dealer? Obviously, Liam is none too pleased, particularly since he's been relegated to being her man servant.
Ivy reveals that she slept with Oscar to Dixon, who's pissed. But to quote Ross Gellar, they were on a break! Heh, maybe she could've deflected some of that anger by mentioning how Oscar only seduced her as part of some twisted revenge plot on her mom. And what the?! He's sticking around after that? That won't be awkward! But it turns out to be useful for Naomi, who he's set his sights on. After speaking with Mr Cannon and determining he's an effing liar wrt where he's from in England, and then the subject of Mr Cannon coming up during his flirting (as she hates British accents now b/c of what Cannon did to her), he helps her dig dirt on him. Turns out Naomi isn't the first girl he raped. I knew the guy was sketchy all the way from when they first introduced him.
Anyways, turns out Cannon isn't his real name, and he had changed his name and fled England to get out of another rape charge. So the police go to arrest him, but he's gone. Amusingly enough, Silver and Annie are all, "See, you don't have to worry anymore, its over, he's on the run!" Which of course means he's gonna come after her at some point.
Surprisingly enough, most of the other storylines this ep revolve around Navid. He takes himself out of the running for the Leadership award so the Rachel Berry-ish chick will win, b/c he and Silver end up seeing what a tool her dad is and how he'd prolly berate her if she didn't win. Plus, the award leads to a scholarship, and unlike her, he's rich, being the son of the pr0n king of Cali. Speaking of, there's a new girl at school, who hates Navid for some reason, and when he finally figures out where he knows her from, its because he starred in one of his dad's videos. Which, with her being a junior, means she was underage at the time, so that's obviously gonna be a problem.
But with Navid hanging out with Silver lately, and him and Ade inevitably breaking up over all this music career stuff, are they foreshadowing the two of them getting together?
Finally, Teddy is continuing to come to terms with his possible homosexuality. He tries to get back with Silver to quash the rumors going around, but she won't have it. So he's all depresso.
