geebsHaving to come into work in this kind of weather totally sux! Foolishly took the surface streets, (because the radio was reporting this 27 car pileup on 285, so I was like, frak that!) which was incredibly frightening due to the number of icy patches on the road. Slipped slightly like thrice on Northside and 10th. But I made it in.
My co-worker says the interstates are just fine, so I'll prolly take those home. Hopefully the roads to and from the interstate will be cleaned up a little. I was hoping when the sun comes out, it would warm up and melt this stuff, but it doesn't sound like it will get above freezing today. This is total BS!
