Can you name the youngest person or thing from the clues?- 12/20. There's no way I'm gonna get the youngest Nobel Laureate for literature or Superbowl winning quarterback or Stanley Cup winning champion or Candian Prime Minister or NBA player drafted. Youngest Oscar winning actor/actress I couldn't figure out, I was like putting in Anna Paquin, Haley Joel Osmont, Abigail Breslin, Dakota Fanning. I mean, Anna got it at 11, and I thought it was a big deal at the time, so when it wasn't her, I got confused. I didn't think to think of someone older than me (not that I would've gotten the answer). And yeah, I know Haley Joel and Breslin didn't win, and Dakota was never nominated, but I was taking shots in the dark.
I should have known the youngest person to host SNL one. The last one I missed was the youngest of Jacob's sons. Heh, I almost didn't get the Jackson family one, I totally forgot about the person for a second. Some of those though, you just had to quickly guess through the members of the set, like the Beatles, or the TMNTs, or the Ivy League schools, or the Bonds. The Spice Girls one is a freakin gimmie, anyone who doesn't get it is a moron.
Name the Medical TV dramas- missed 4, but 3 of those were old. I can't believe I missed the Jason Wiles one. Not that I even know he is, but the time perios it was on should've clued me in.
Ah, the writer's block question for the day is "Which character from any film, television show, or book would you most like to take on a date and why?"
I'll actually divide this into "If I were still in HS" and "Now":
High School- I posted my Top 5 fictional TV character crushes, high school edition last month. Even though I put Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl, I'll actually have to go with Rachel Berry from Glee. I mean, I've always had a thing for those Tracy Flick types (Rachel, Taylor Townsend from the OC, Casey Macdonald from LWD, Annie from Community) but the question is take on a date. And Rachel Berry would prolly want to see some musical. Thus, the date would be dinner and a show which sounds like it would be a lot of fun. Well, depending on the musical. Now- Robin Scherbatsky from HIMYM. Hey, she's a "Bro", a bit of a tomboy but still very feminine and into cool things like guns. Ironically, I would prolly be too girly for her. Still, I'm thinking for a date, a trip to the gun range, followed by a nice steak dinner.
But those are TV characters. Movie characters? Mitsuko Souma from Battle Royale for HS, Baby Firefly from the Devil's Rejects for now? Heh, I keed, I keed! That would be totally crazy!
Book characters? HS: Hermione Granger, Bex or Macey from the Gallagher Girl series. Now: Abby Cameron from that same series. Is it odd that all my "adult" choices are chyx who know how to really kick an ass and are quite adept with guns?
