You know some people would say Glee owes its existence to the popularity of HSM (even though I think they have a different feel), and teen musical movies have been around for decades, but I think the movie that most reminds me of it is Sister Act 2, because of this awesome song at the climax:
TV commentary:
Flashforward- Heh, when they were at that fast food joint, was I the only one who thought of Supertroopers when the guy was all, "Can we get some burgers out here, its for some FBI agents!" But even more funny, why would Harold think terrorists would carry yellow cake uranium in a case labeled "yellow cake"?!
Jeez, Penny Widimore is saying that one guy is unprofessional, but as he said, her ignoring of the flashforwards are screwing up her decision-making as much as people using the flashforward to make decisions. I mean, her refusal to even entertain his theory, then trying to get autistic kid out of her care ASAP so she won't have to deal with Lloyd? Of course, if one is to believe that the flashforwards are true and what's gonna happen is gonna happen, then it doesn't matter if she doesn't believe, because fate will force things in the right direction.
I know some will argue that's not necessarily the case. But for now, I think people who've had flashforwards are safe. I'm kinda curious if they're ever gonna have a case where some has a flashforward and they end up dying, thus invalidating the flashforward. But if that happens, then that throws everything out the window. I mean, I assume one of the big themes of the show is choice versus destiny. So if they show a flashforward not come true, then they lose that aspect of the show.
And woah, Lloyd is connected to the flashforward causing peeps, one of whom is apparently Charlie Pace!
And I wonder if Mark is thinking, "What's with all these people telling me about getting murdered in the future?" First Harold, then hot babysitter?
