Kings- I don't know what it is about Macaulay Culkin's character on this show, but he is friggin' creepy as hell. I mean, he hasn't done anything overtly menacing, and his been nothing but kind and friendly. But there's just something about his air or mannerisms, that if it were me, I'd keep my guard up as long as I knew he was in the same city as me!
As cool as it would be to have lewd and nekkid pictures of a hot-ass princess, I think its too dangerous to keep. I mean, if David accidentally lost that camera?! Geez, I don't even want to think of what Silas would do to him.
So we find out about Michelle's secret vow- which is kinda bs. So, she was dying of a disease, and to save her, Silas made some sort of deal with death (or some other menacing evil spirit). Of course, that could be just be madness. But at the same time, Michelle made a deal with god. Though its kinda a-holey of Silas to call her on such things. I mean, he was even trying to stop her from making the vow because as far as he knew, he already made a deal to save her. But now, whenever she fancies some boy he doesn't like, he can be all, "Oh, remember, you promised your self to god!" Kind of a dick move on his part.
Though, even though she promised herself to god, she apparently get married or have any sort of overt relationship, but she can eff around?! I would think she woulda already broken her vow with that.
Oh, and for a minute there, I thought Silas was going to accidentally shoot someone on his staff, as it seemed like death would think that would be deliciously cruel. But nope, he killed that one assassin.
And what the?! He apparently met David the day his father died?! I call BS! David wouldn't have mentioned, "Oh, I met you once!" to the King, particularly since it was on such a particularly significant day of David's life?! Especially since he even mentioned his father died in the war to him. No, "you should know, you were there!" Similarly, the king wouldn't have been freaked out about David? Its like, "Hey, here's this kid I first met when I made a DEAL WITH DEATH TO SAVE MY DYING DAUGHTER'S LIFE who was playing a piano song that haunted me during my daughter's time of need!" I wouldn't think that's the kinda thing he would've forgotten! Given the spiritual aspect of this show, I would think he would've thought David showing up in his life again would be some sort of omen!
As for that minister who the Queen fired, if I were that guy, I'd fear for my life that "ranch" meant "place where me and my family could be secretly murdered and some lie about our death be made up"! That does kinda suck, that just because he was privy to the king in a moment of weakness, that he gets shipped off like that.
