geebsAwesome, just saw a pic of Airtronic's version of the Russian RPG-7 rocket launcher. As I said before, a slightly modernized version would be quite useful for our own troops. Its cheaper than the rocket/missile systems in our inventory, plus still powerful and reliable. And unlike the LAWs, SMAWs, and M136s, the launcher is reusable, so you can have someone with it and four or five rockets, as opposed to just one or two heavy, disposable, single shot tubes. Plus, it gives the firer more utility, as they can carry all sorts of different and interesting rounds- HEAT, thermobaric, etc. Yeah, it doesn't have any fancy sensors, but its a friggin rocket propelled grenade, you don't really need to be that accurate with those things!
But yeah, looks like it has an M-16 style pistol grip, and picatinny rails galore. So, it can be equipped with all the fancy optics and accesories and swot-not- holo sights, lasers, night vision, etc. And the bottom rail seems to have a vertical foregrip (though its behind the trigger mechanism, so is it still a foregrip?) and a M4 carbine style adjustable stock.

Sarah Connor Chronicles- Finally got around to watching the first half of this past week's ep, which I missed because of the storm news. Man, if that ends up being the series finale, that's gonna suck. Ha, John Henry and the nerdy tech playing D&D. Is it sad that I know what Umber-hulks, mind-flayers and vorpal swords are? But that's hilarious that John Henry can manipulate the dice to just keep on rolling 20s to crit!
oh, and its both hysterical and gratuitous that the only way to check Cameron's leaky power source if for her to take her top off and have John mount her like that! Actually, if someone was flicking through channels, and missed the beginning, they prolly woulda thought she and John were doing some weird sex thing!
Anyways, I'm a little appalled by their jail break plan. Sure, Cameron made sure she didn't kill any guards, but wouldn't very bad things happen if that all the prisoners were let out all at once? I mean, while Cameron wasn't killing any guards, I'm sure the escaped prisoners might not have such qualms. Like there wouldn't be guards/prisoners getting killed in this massive jailbreak, not to mention the crimes those who managed to escape through the same gate Cam and the Connors busted through would cause! (Oh, that was a funny line when Weaver confronted that one terminator all "I liked that gate!" though he also had a funny line when the gun shop owner was all "ask for Manny" and he asked right then and there) I mean, I guess it was actually John Henry who unlocked the cells, but were they expecting that? Or was Cameron just gonna wander around until she found the right cell and just rip it open? But while she's resilient, how would she have gotten Sarah out if she didn't have the cover of the MASSIVE JAILBREAK!?
And is the first ep the hispanic chick actually talked? She is a weird character, like a random ally they can pull out if the story needs someone who isn't one of them to do something.
So John and Weaver end up jumping to the future. Now, the fact that Derek and the other fighters didn't know who John Connor was, was that because his jumped through time unwrote that stuff, or did he jump early enough before he got big? Or was it always young him jumping to the future who leads the resistance? But he meets up with Derek again, and meets both his Dad and Allison from Palmdale. So Derek did know Allison? I kinda theorized that, because he seemed to react pretty bad to Cameron, and I think one of your friends being dead and replaced with a terminator would be kinda freaky.
Heh, would things be more awkward between him and the father he's never met who's only a few years older than him currently, or the girl whom his loyal sexbot is based off of?
