TV commentary:

- Gossip Girl. One of the most awesome things about how Sweet Knees plays Blair Waldorf is how she manages to look wicked mad cutely innocent while doing something really conniving. HOTT! Interesting how Nate's dalliance ends up solidfying Blair's relationship with Marcus. Since Blair knows what's going on with the two of them, she's using the knowledge to blackmail Catherine (who happens to be Marcus' stepmother, how did they not notice each other at the White Party?!) into accepting her. Thus, Marcus doesn't have to worry about the family disapproving and having to break up with B.

Speaking of Nate, the feds are wanting to seize his family's assets, and he's unwilling to let Chuck lend the money to his mom behind his back, but he's apparently fine with whoring himself out to the Duchess. And wait, I thought things were over with him and V. But they're apparently making dates!

Speaking of, I dunno if its because I heard rumors of them doing something with Vanessa and Rufus, but there did seem to be a weird vibe between them in their scenes. And someone has to be there to comfort V since Nate's not that interested in her anymore. Dan's too busy screwing Serena, and she doesn't know Chuck all that well, so what other guy characters are there?!

On OTH, I still don't see how Carrie's plan is all that flawed. Yeah, Dan is up for a heart transplant in 6 months, but if the plan is to frame him, if the theory will be that he's crazy enough to kidnap his grandson, then why can't he be crazy enough to do it even if he's dying. Sure, he supposedly only has 6 months to live, but that doesn't automagically mean 6 months from now, he'll drop dead, and then people should find Jamie then.

Perhaps a miracle happened, and Dan got better. Or he got a heart on the black market. Or mebbe he did drop dead, and then Jamie starved to death in some room. He might be a little John Doe somewhere! Or Jamie was so messed up by the experience that he doesn't know who he is and he's in a foster home somewhere. So, just because Dan needed a heart transplant or he would die in 6 months doesn't immediately eff up her plan. It would be weird and suspcious, but as long as she covered her tracks well, there's no reason they would be all, "We were wrong, it couldn't have been Dan!" In the absence of other leads, they'd prolly focus on that.

And wtf is with Brooke covering things up? She "fell down the stairs"?! How could P Sawyer believe that lame story?! And given they stole the computer, the money from the register, and her sketches, isn't it obvious the sketches were the real target?! "Oh, I'm a robber, and I'll steal all this expensive stuff, and some random drawings!" ojv('Man, its obvious!') So I'm wondering if Victoria is indeed behind it, and she thought it was going to be Millie at the store and not her daughter?

And I thought the stuff with Quentin mentioning his little brother and giving Jamie the box and Jamie wanting to make a cape for him was kinda weird. But then when it was at the 55 minute mark and they were showing him getting gas at a dark, remote gas station, I realized, "OMG, are they gonna kill him off?!" And I guess they did! But does everyone even care? He only recently became likable, and its not like he's been around that long.

How convenient that the bomb did only minor cosmetic damage to Cameron, when it look like it should have immolated her. Well I consider having to staple your face together minor when she should have had all her skin burned off! Interesting, so John had his first kill, killing Dr. Venture (ha, between this and last ep, did he even have more than five minutes of screen time total?!).

So we finally get a "Cameron reverts to her old programming" ep, though it was resolved pretty quickly. Ooh, that's evil though, what she'll do to survive, even saying that she lurves John! And the Big Bang Theory guys were wondering why they make a Terminator that looked like a hot chick! So you get all confused like that and possibly let your guard down. Wow, even Cameron thought it was incredibly stupid of John to bring her back after defeating her. And WTF, all it took was wiping off her chip and plugging it back in?! But it was hilarious, the looks the rest of them gave when John said screw it and plugged her chip back in. Both Sarah and Derek looked like they were about to shit their pants!

Was Chrome Artie always a main cast member, or was that just something that started this season? Its definitely weird that he spared Ellison. I wonder if the machines think he has some role to play, that's why they kept him alive. I'm a little skeptical that the FBI accepted his version of events. For one thing, the way everyone got slaughtered, they should have found his corpse near the pool, not in the apartment. And wouldn't the actor Chrome Artie was impersonating be dead longer than before the shoot out anyways? And didn't Cromartie just break the guy's neck, they made it sound like his body was shot when they found him. And wouldn't there be witnesses besides Dixon who saw Chrome Artie fleeing the scene? He wasn't exactly being subtle when he left, he was strolling around with a pistol in one hand and a submachine gun in the other!

Interesting, Shirley Manson's character just seemed like a weird addition, but she's a T-1000! That was an interesting twist.
