geebsOwel, finally back home. As I said, it was an insane drive back up with the weather making visibility almost zero. But I went slowly and punched through. And just in time. By the time I got to Atlanta proper, I just got ahead of the construction crews closing down the lanes on the connector for the weekend 75/85 paving project.
Had a fun time on Vacation. Basically just lounged around on the beach/poolside in the morning/afternoon, went around here there late afternoon/night. I think I know my way around Hilton Head pretty well now. I mean, basically everything's off 278, but now I know where all the normal places we hit that aren't off 278 (Harbortown, Coligny) are in respect to the condo. I didn't realize they were so close by.

durlxnemesis's B-days, so we had dinner at this seafood/steakhouse place. Heh, while me and durlxnemesis were rating the waitresses, isabel79 and sparkyboy were checking out the waiters/bus boys. Heh, I think they even surreptitiously took pictures of "cute bois" by pretending to take pictures of themselves or the family, but really focusing on them. Its interesting how there's no stigma from girls snapping pics of guys they think are cute like that, but if you switched the sexes around, the picture taker would prolly be labeled a sicko perv.
One thing I noticed, there were more NBCCs (nubile bikini clad cuties) tanning poolside rather than the beach. Is it because they'd prefer to deal with less sand? I mean, it is annoying walking on the beach and getting all that sand all over your feet. Plus, I guess a dip in the pool is more refreshing than the salty, sandy ocean, "with all the fish" as Kirsten Cohen would put it.
On the first day at the beach,durlxnemesis, splashed around with some cutie dubbed "zebra girl" for her zebra themed bikini. I had noticed this wicked mad cute and cute-assed dirty blond in this tight and skimpy little brown bikini that same day. We soon found out that she and zebra girl were part of this little four girl clique with boring girl and boringer girl, who weren't uggos, just kinda unmemorable. Actually, zebra girl didn't really strike me as all that memorably pretty either, but mebbe because that's cause I had an eye for her friend. FoZG took notice, because when I went to see sparkyboy, durlxnemesis and his sister R at the hot tubs, I was giving her an approving eye, so she followed me to the hot tubs out of curiosity. She sat in the hot tub next to us, constantly looking over as the others snapped pics of themselves. I think R wanted pics to send to some guy "friend" of hers, who I would normally refer to as a "some hard J". (clevemire knows what I mean!) Or at least I assume he's one of those, if he's from that land. Of course, sparkyboy would be all, "I feel so fat" (he's not) about his pics, like could he sound more queeny when he says that. Heh, as an aside, one of the days there, me brudder was wearing this sleeveless hoody and pops was all peeved saying, "Geez, why doesn't he just announce he's a...." under his breath. HA!!!
But I digress, so I tell FoZG not to be so shy and coaxed her over. Which is what my "A thinks rich little snowflake princesses don't need to get all nervous" status update on facebook meant. After a bit of flirty resistance, she acquiesced. Our hot tub already had four, but luckily, there was an empty place on my lap. And I think you can imagine how it went from there! Okay, not really.
Later in the week, I was sunning on the beach when this cute blond caught my eye, mostly because she reminded me of a prettier, more fresh faced version of Leah Luv. She had a hot older sister, a short haired blond, who coincidentally also wore a zebra bikini, so we dubbed her zebra girl 2. Now she was pretty hot, much hotter than OZG. And she had the added bonus of having a WMC younger sister. Although they were both blonds, they were of similar heights, and ZG2 had a cute Tyra Colette bob going on, whereas SoZG2 silky golden locks were long. So I just had to get the sister 3-some. I didn't think it would take much to get SoZG2 on board, but ZG2 was another matter. Thank goodness for jello shots! It was pretty wild! Okay, not really.
sparkyboy had to go home early for work, so we hit Savannah for an hour before dropping him off at the airport there so he could fly to Hartsfield then LGA. I thought it would be bigger, but its a small little burg. I mean, I'd been there once before, but judging by the map and how long it took to get from point a to point b, its not that big a city.
Saw Wanted again withisabel79 (since she finds James Mcavoy keen) and durlxnemesis on Thursday. Heh, do smaller theaters show less trailers? Because we only got a Death Race trailer in front of the movie before it started.
And now we're caught up to today. TV commentary:
- The Psych commercial where Shawn and Gus do "Ebony and Ivory", you know, I did not realize they were remaking the actual Stevie Wonder/Paul Mccartney video? I thought they were just being silly. But the original video is that lame with them sitting around the giant piano keys and giving each other fives for some reason.
- Heh, one thing I want to see in Swingtown is Janet and Tom to hook up. That would be hilarious! I mean, even though she's all uptight, you know she's all flattered when Tom's his usual flirty self with her. Plus, her own husband has a thing for Susan, and if Bruce really is into Trina like they imply, then they can all just switch partners!
- I had heard Tricia Helfer was gonna do a few Burn Notice eps, though even without knowing that, I think it was pretty obvious she was "Carla". Anyways, it is funny how easy it was to get him back to Miami and return to the status quo. Its like, "If you wanna know what's going on, drive into this trailer", but then he just ends up driving back, because they want him doing stuff in Miami! Instead of grabbing that guy's wife and kid and leaving him there for Michael to pick up, couldn't they have just taken the guy to Miami? Then they wouldn't have wasted all that time having Mike drive back!
