Hmm, even though Army of Two got lukewarm reviews (I'm surprised X-play gave them a 4 out of 5!) you have to admit, it at least looks cool. I mean, skull masks and full body armor are tight! Although it seems like the Penny Arcade guys are a little offended by the psychopathic callousness displayed by the protagonists.

Owel, not having to study anymore, I don't know what to do with myself! Its quiet right now, so just entertaining myself watching peoples' tributes to cool, bad ass psychotic bad guys like Anton "Call it, friend-o" Chigurh or Kazuo "..." Kiriyama on youtube. Geez, people will make youtube videos about anything!

Friday night TV commentary:

So Jimmy dumps ash for the cute cripple girl? Heh, why did they even bring her back? Particularly since her story before this was to remove Jimmy's track from her single and look like a total bitch. Though looking at the upcoming previews for the D:TNG movie coming out in a month, it looks like she might be hooking back up with Craig? He's another character who had an awful send-off! Its like, lets make him an a-hole druggie!

The main plot of the ep is Darcy becoming more and more unhinged over her rape and apparently developing a thing for Snake?! Despite her nubileness, Snake's able to resist, but she accuses him of sexual harrassment. She recants later, but I mean, once that rumor is out there, the damage is done.

So Sheppard has one of those solar flare during gate dialup accidents and ends up 48000 years in the future. Heh, I'm amused when he comes back, Sam's all, you have to admit, its a fantastical story, yet he (or rather, future Rodney) referenced the time SG-1 got sent back to 1969! So its not like there's not precedent for what happened to him.

But geez, he disappears and everyone apparently dies? Teyla gets killed by Michael, Sam and Ronon sacrifice themselves fighting Michael in separate incidents? I know Sam moved to SGA, but it still seems kinda weird to see her "die" fighting the Wraith rather than an SG-1 enemy. And apparently Mckay ends up with Keller, and they quit the SGC, but she succumbs to the Hoffan drug or virus or whatever? How sad.

But I guess we have a season end cliffhanger with Sheppard, Mckay, Ronon, Lorne, and a bunch of marines apparently getting blowed up at the place where they're supposed to find Teyla? Yeah, I'm sure they're all dead!
