Feb. 15th, 2008 03:35 amHad the usual suspects over for Lost. The roomie cooked up a Shepherd's pie, though is it still pie when it comes in a casserole tray? Anyways, hadn't tried it before, surprisingly. I mean, its a pie full of meat, why hadn't I tried such a thing? I liked it.
TV commentary:
Awesome, so when Sayid returns back to the real world, he's an assassin, working for Ben, who's also off the island? Cool. Heh, when the flash forward began and he was golfing and started acting all ominous, I thought it would be hilarious if the guy he freaked out on the course was a mark and he was about to shoot him in the face! And that turned out to be the case! Awesome.
Though I've clearly seen too many action/spy TV shows and movies. Because when he tried telling Elsa to flee and she was in the bathroom all upset and you were supposed to think she was freaking out that she had been sleeping with an assassin after he boss, all I kept thinking was the way they framed her, she was totally going for a gun and was about to shoot him. And she did! Sucker.
But ha, I didn't realize being angry was Miles' thing. Heh, Hurley's line, "Great, the boat sent over another Sawyer" was pretty funny. And Kate stayed with Locke's group because of Sawyer. I'm sure Jack's pretty pissed about that. I guess he still has Juliet, but I'd still be mad that the other group poached a hot piece of ace like Kate. Plus, when he had both of them, he could play them off each other and they could get in to mudwrestling fights... with sexy results!
All in all, its been a pretty good season so far, glad that there'll be a few more eps now that the Writer's Strike is over.
Oh, read the latest Buffy ish. Ah, so they finally confirm the person in love with her who woke her up with a kiss all those issues ago was indeed Satsu. Awesome. I'm hoping they do more with her, and the rest of Buffy's personal squad, Leah and Rowena.
Best part of the issue, when you think the big bad is gonna reveal himself, but he's just lifting his mask to scratch his chin. HA!
