The other day, went to the T-mobile store at Tech Square because the earphones for my sk3 broke. But they apparently didn't sell them?! WTF?! I would think its a vital accessory, how else are you supposed to listen to your mp3s? So I ordered a new pair from newegg, which should come soon. Which is good since I haven't been able to listen to tunes on my daily consitutionals these past few days.
Hmm, there's a luncheon going on today. Free food! Already got a free sausage egg and cheese biscuit from Junior's today since I had a fully punched dining card. And since we still have lots of leftover samich stuff, made a pepperoni, salami, prosciutto and provolone samich for lunch. So unless I go overboard for dinner, this should be a cheap day for eating!
Oh, since I didn't actually watch the Victoria's Secret Fashion show when it was originally on, caught the re-run last night since there was nothing new on (save for Nip/Tuck). The Spice Girls performance, Sporty, Baby, and Posh looked somewhat the same, but did Scary and Ginger have a bunch of plastic surgery done? Because they look very different facially!
Random stuff from the net:
Top 10 movie bikini scenes- It has the Ali Larter whipped cream bikini scene from Varsity Blues as #3, and Phoebe Cates in Fast Times as #1, so the list is credible, as those were the first two that came to mind when I heard top 10 movie bikini scenes ever.
TV catchphrases quiz: Surprisingly enough, I did not get 100%. The first one was tricky, and the other one, I just haven't watched a lot of SNL. And this hardest lost quiz ever isn't so hard. Of course, I made a lot of lucky guesses.
Chick Fight!- this week on IGN its Kate from Lost vs Sarah on Chuck. An odd match up though, I mean, what's the theme? That they're hot? One's a hottie criminal on the run stuck on a deserted island and the other's a CIA spy tasked with protecting a geek!
The latest Heroes interactive novel- I forgot that while Heroes may be on a break, the comic on the website might still be going on, and it is indeed. Its seems like everyone else I know who watches the show refuses to read it, but I still do. Its supposedly considered canon. The Heroes wiki considers the events in the comics canon. I'll have to call shinnanegans on this latest one though. I'm not sure when it takes place. It says "Eight months ago", but from when? From where the last ep ended? I guess the show is currently a little more than four months from the first season finale, and I wanna say only about a month passes during the entire first season. So the "Six Months Ago" ep would be a little less than a year before where the show is currently, so I guess its after that.
So this chapter, "Elle's first assignment", apparently Elle was undercover at Claire's high school, monitoring her?! Lame. And what was Eden doing around? While I do think the story is a bit of a wank, I do like the portrayal of Elle's hatred/jealousy of Claire and her life.
