What's with this Blade Runner: Final Cut that's out in limited release right now? How many frickin' versions of this movie are they gonna make? And it seems the differences are tailored more towards making the audience thinking one way or the other on the subject of Deckard's replicantness.

Owel speaking of sci-fi movies, just saw the trailer for Jumper:

It looks like it might be cool. I liked the effects. Its like what they did with Nightcrawler in X-2, but without the blue smoke. And it has Rachel Bilson in it!

With my talk about weapon slots in WO, I figured I should get down my loadouts in case I ever have to start over, that way I don't have to experiment. I'll put down the ones on which I've pretty much settled on their bonuses. Everyone has brave-might-slay-flash. But for the other 4:

Zhao Yun: bolt-multi-range-agility
Ma Chao: flame-bolt-multi-range
Yue Ying: bolt-multi-range-agility
Wei Yan: ice-multi-range-agility
Guan Ping: ice-bolt-range-agility
Xiahou Dun: multi-air-range-agility
Zhang Liao: ice-bolt-range-agility
Xu Huang: bolt-multi-range-agility
Cao Pi: bolt-multi-range-agility
Zhen Ji: ice-bolt-multi-agility
Xiahou Huan: ice-bolt-range-agility
Pang De: ice-bolt-range-agility
Cao Cao: bolt-multi-range-agility
Zhou Yu: bolt-multi-range-agility
Gan Ning: bolt-multi-range-agility
Zhou Tai: bolt-multi-range-agility
Ling Tong: flame-bolt-multi-agility
Sun Ce: flame-bolt-range-agility
Sun Quan: bolt-multi-range-agility
SSX: flame-bolt-range-agility
Diao Chan: ice-bolt-multi-agility
Lu Bu: ice-bolt-range-agility
Yukimura Sanada: bolt-air-range-agility
Keiji Maeda: bolt-multi-range-agility
Mitsuhide Akechi: bolt-multi-range-agility
Nobunaga Oda: flame-bolt-air-drain (multi doesn't seem to really work for him, nor ice, range is ineffective, and he's one of the ones who's moveset is messed up by agility)
Masamune Date: ice-bolt-range-agility
Tadakatsu Honda: bolt-multi-range-agility
Ginchiyo Tachibana: flame-bolt-range-agility
Yoshihiro Shimazu: bolt-multi-range-agility
Musashi Miyamoto: ice-air-range-agility

Those are the ones I remember off the top of my head (I know, that's like 31 characters, I'm a freak) Those aren't the only ones I play though, I'm still doing a little experimenting on the others.

I find that Ice works well for Yue Ying. Her triangle attacks (esp STTT+), even with low-level Ice, freezes people left and right I find. But YMMV, especially if you utilize different parts of her moveset than I do.

Xing Cai: Ice-Agility at least, not sure about Range (I can't remember what her moveset is at the moment so I'm not sure she can take advantage of it). Bolt would depend on if she either 1) can't use Range or 2) if Multi doesn't give her much benefit. I don't think her moveset would gain any real advantage from Air, as I recall.

Her T1 attack is really cheap and also utilizes the Ice weapon bonus in the first stage of the move, while the second stage activates her lightning [not related to Bolt] "armor" thing and stuns/knocks down everyone around (including officers, usually).

And because of the stun/knockdown of her second hit on her T1, once you are finally able to get the entire two-stage move off, you can then do T1 over and over and over and over again because no one can get off their asses long enough to attack you (unless you move around too much and accidentally run off in the wrong direction).

And because that first stage has such a high probability of activating the Ice/Freeze, that makes it really cheap and useful in a pinch, because eventually you will freeze the officer (as long as you stay facing him/her).

Yeah, I used to have ice on yue ying, but I've been on a multi kick as of late. I'm still undecided on which is better for her. She has a high percentage of ice coming off, and combined with her SSSSST+, it can freeze them and do the double damage as she continues her slashing spin into them. It seems to work well with the move you're talking about also, as usually it'll freeze them on the first hit, but then the rest of the hits will hit. So that might match the damage bonus from multi, though with multi, slay damage is also increasing (since the after images means they're getting hit with more "death" hits). It also gives her SSST a knockback effect, giving her breathing room on hard, enough time to get her c6 spin of death off.

I've normally switched to multi from ice if its a person who has poor ice percentages or can't capitalize on the frozen person. Cao Cao has a high ice percentage, but his slightly weird movement makes it a little hard to realign yourself to capitalize on the enemy being frozen. Guys like Pang De, Xiahou Huan, Lu Bu, and Musashi can though, hence me sticking with ice for them. Yue Ying is in that category also, but as I said above, multi might be a tad better.
