Tuesday night!!
May. 22nd, 2002 08:37 amI figgered I'd dedicate a whole entry just to TV.
In the order I watched them:
Buffy: The season finale was pretty cool. Good performances by all. Anya, always hysterical. And Evil Willow is now my favorite villain after Faith. Willow totally kicked the crap out of Buffy in a physical match, then did the same with Giles in a magical duel. I wonder if he's staying permanently?
Smallville: Argh, three cliffhangers! What's with all these shows ending odd seasons and having some pretty big cliffhangers? Alias has a ton. Angel has you up in the air about the fates of Cordy and Angel. And now Smallville joins the fray with three cliffhangers, although one is not a problem. I mean, of course Clark is going to save Lana. I just hope he doesn't stop the tornado by running around real fast in the opposite direction. But will Bo Duke stop the reporter? I'm guessing the reporter will get sucked up in the twister and they'll think he's dead. They breathe easier, but he's actually alive, or someone finds his camera. And will Lex let his father die? Very interesting.
24: Gah!! A totally awesome ep. It was pretty amusing to see the Drazen's plan backfire on them. You don't piss off the main character by making them think one of their loved one's is dead. Jack mowed through them like wheat! I figgered that's what was going to happen since it was only fifteen minutes in. But its always cool to see people overcome by grief stricken rage and just go crazy mad and wreak horrible vengeance on the perpetrators. (See Evil Willow and Anakin Skywalker) But damn, Nina killing Teri?! She's preggers!! She's not supposed to die! Argh. I hate it!
Gilmore Girls: Rory is such a cheater. That's all I have to say.
