Okay, this weekend has been really creepy. When I was over at Krug's watching some DVDs, and Ben had left, I kept seeing these creepy human-looking shadows outside the window. Then the blinds would make a sound, as if someone was looking through them. More than once I'd look to the door and I would swear someone was there (not outside, inside). Then when I went back home, I was sitting in my room reading a book, when I swear I saw a cat on my windowsill. Then when Scott and I went out for dinner, I noticed one of the chairs had moved. I asked him if he had moved it, but he didn't. And I know it was moved because when I came in I looked at it and saw the splitter on top of it and thought to myself "Dang, I forgot to bring that over to Krug's". But then the chair wasn't in its usual place and the splitter was on the kitchen counter. What could it be?

Anyways, went with Scott to l5p. I would've asked Grant to go, since he was wanting to know if we were doing something, but I didn't want to subject him to hour long waits at Wax N' Facts. After Wax N' Facts closed, we had dinner at Savage Pizza, having the Chicken Florentine. I believe the Chicken Cordon Bleu is the only specialty pizza on the menu we haven't tried. Then we went to Teaspace. Its this teahouse kinda place that serves tea. (Great description, huh?) It was cool. I had a fruit blend. But these teas could be a little sweeter. Like toss three or four packets of sugar in there.

Sunday was fun. I woke up at 840 to get ready for church. And when I came back, [livejournal.com profile] phatjoe and data vortex (larry) were already there for the board game party. Larry had brought over some bagels, but we had no cream cheese. And bagels without cream cheese, that's ridiculous! Scott said he could go sans cream cheese, which is another pet peeve I'm adding to the list. Ha! Anyhoo, so I went to the grocery to pick up cream cheese and plastic cups for the memosas. By the time I came back, Holli joined the fray. Although Joe was disappointed in my choice of cream cheese. Philly cream cheese is good! Not as good as Temp-tee, but good. I watched the four of them play Upwords, which is really a terrible game, because you totally don't have enough room on the board, and its harder to go upwords when the word is connected to another word. After that, played Cat in the Hat with Holli and Joe. But the game was stupid because Joe always got a card wherever he landed. That's impossible! Then we all played Careers, and I think Holli cheats at that because she always wins! Yeah, I know, excuses, excuses.

Holli left afterwards, and Joe and Larry hung out on the patio smoking cigars. They were eventually joined by Scott while I headed over to Krug's to see if he wanted to drop by, but alas, I caught him on his way out to see Spiderman with his sister. Owel, [livejournal.com profile] poodleface, [livejournal.com profile] dresque and his gf, and Nick and Marilyn were supposed to show, but they never did. Though having so many people would have limited us to playing trivia games. I think we had a nice small dynamic, so it was a lot of fun, I enjoyed it.

Spent the rest of the day watching teen movies on USA, and the Rank marathon on E!, then had dinner at the Varsity. Ah, I love chili dogs and cheeseburgers. After dinner I brought another box over to Krugs and watched the X-files series finale. I hadn't seen the show in a couple of years, so I thought I'd be lost, but it was just a freaking clip show. All they did was recap things, and nothing happenned! I'm appalled. It was just a set-up for a movie franchise!

Not as good as Temp-tee

Goddamn right! But when I said Philly sucked, I didn't want to tell you that I preferred Temp-tee, coz I thought you'd think I was a fag.

At first, I thought your post was gonna be about you admitting that you cheated at Cat in the Hat. But yeah, I would've gotten Temp-Tee, but I didn't see it. All I saw was Philly or Kroeger, and I figure peeps would prefer Philly over Kroeger.
