So on the Black Donnellys, what disease could Jenny's father have that's making him misplace things like that? I mean, I'm guessing he has Alzheimers or Dementia or one of those kinda diseases, but I would think it would cause him to misplace the deposit bag once or twice. It seems odd that he'd consistently throw it in the mailbox rather than the bank's night deposit slot for six weeks in a row.

But wow, that mailman is kinda a dick. Too bad Jenny claims she doesn't want Tommy's help since he's doing all these bad things now. Otherwise, a word from her and he'd be kicking the guy's ass. But yeah, she talks all, "You're bad now, and I can't be with you!" but you know she's gonna take that money.

And seriously, what's up with Jimmy? What an asshole! I mean, he's talking like all this money Louie Downtown is owed is rightfully his or something. Its like, why the frak should people pay him, who the hell is he? Its like they're straight up robbing people, but its somehow "excusable" if they tell themselves they're just collecting money people lost gambling. I can see Tommy's reasons for wanting to collect though. If the guy just said, "Screw you, I don't owe any money", I suppose that woulda been fine. But he straight up lied to Tommy, used his wife, a girl Tommy used to like to make him feel guilty (and lied to her too!) and was all sorts of manipulative. I think Tommy was just getting the money on general principle at that point (well, that and cause Jenny needed some help).

This ep is just chock full of sleazebags. Like Whitey, played by that dude who played Donal Logue's brother on Grounded for Life. Heh, seems like very much the same character, I guess he's good at playing sleazebags. Although its very interesting that Joey Ice Cream reveals that Jimmy and Whitey got into a fight and one killed the other. That almost contradicts what he said in the pilot, which made it sound like Jimmy eventually got into rehab and turned his life around. So I'm guess its Whitey who dies? Though the fact that the cops don't know is also interesting. Does that mean no body was found? You'd think they'd be trying to steer Joey towards that goal if he's been talking about the Donnellys and they know one of them was dead. Or are they all missing? Something in the way they're interviewing Joey makes me think something happened to them by the time whenever the narration is taking place. But again, its the Usual Suspects thing, you can't believe the story as told I think, because Joey could be making all this up.

Anyhoo, getting back to sleazebaggery, geez, sitting in on a gambling addicts meeting to find prospective customers for their new bookmaking business? What the hell, they're just evil. But it was amusing to see Jimmy trying to see if Kevin realizes he's a gambling addict. He's definitely an idiot. Like wanting to make a bet. He's one of the ones running the booking, he can't make a bet!

So the Donnelly's dad, Huey, and that councilman were thick as thieves when they were kids? Interesting, considering the routes they all took. I mean, I know their dad was killed by the Italians, but I could swear from the web episode it gave the impression he was just a normal guy and not really mob involved. Anyways, so Nick and Dookie are getting pressure to keep the peace. Which makes sense. But what the hell did Nick's boss mean by "Do you know where you are?" when they jumped him? And they were right to do that, because, what's up with killing those Irish guys. I mean, I thought they were just talking and trying to negotiate a deal, grabbing and killing three guys seems a bit extreme to me.
