What the hell? I woke up the same time this morning, went into the bathroom the same time, and it didn't feel like I spent anymore time than usual getting ready, but when I got out it was like 10 minutes later than I usually do. Its like I somehow lost ten minutes. Watched Chronicles of Riddick director's cut yesterday afternoon. Apparently what they cut out was from the theatrical release was all the backstory and a bunch of plot. I heard that had happened. The action sequences aren't as jaggy, particularly the one on Crematoria. I thought the director was going for some weird style, but apparently its because Riddick was PG-13 so those awful cut-aways were because they were trying to avoid showing him and Kyra stabbing or decapitating people. A definite improvement over the theatrical version.
Wednesday night TV. Lost had Delenn. How strange to see her without that bone ridge across the back of her head. More revealed about the island. Very interesting. I bet Alex is the big stompy thing. Her son indeed. Because she created it! And Link is such a prick. When his son came by all bored and Link was all, "hey, you wanna play?" and then the hobbit was all its his turn, so I thought he'd do the obvious thing and let his son take a swing. But no, he's all, "Yeah, we can play later!" Asshole. Eh, knife-throwing is more fun then golfing anyways, so I guess it works out
Ha, Clark sure was hissy about all those girls Lex slept with. Jealous? Of course, my favorite gay hissy fit is from Family Guy:
Bear (doing dishes): "So, who's Steve?"
Grizzly Adams: "Oh, he's this guy I met."
Bear: "How come I never met him?"
Grizzly Adams: "He hasn't been here long!"
Bear: "Long enough to get your number!" (cries and runs off)
I don't know why I find that hysterical. But seriously, what's with the Luthors being all "I've had a revelation, I wanna be good"? One or both of them are prolly lying. Of course, maybe its by not giving them the benefit of the doubt that turns them to evil.
