clevemire was prolly watching the Sox game instead:
Dang, they shipped Heather Graham off Scrubs? Funny ep, though. And the B-plot with Dr. Cox and Molly Shannon was sad.
Dammit, they really are going to try and hook up Rory with that rich prick. Why? That guy just sucks. I hate those kinda guys! And their attempt to throw Christopher into the mix to try and throw a wrench on the L/L thing was kinda weak. I guess with Sherry taking off (yeah, that's another winner there, who leaves the country and their kid with her oft absentee father (the kid's dad, not the mom's, of course) What a bitch.) that's not the last we heard of him, regardless of what Rory said.
Interesting ep. So Troy was like this drug dealer this whole time? Though I'm skeptical he would do all that for those steroids. I don't think the money he'd get from selling them would be enough to run off and make a new life. Although I guess its enough to get him started. But it was interesting to learn more about Lianne Mars. My current theory, the whole Lily Kane death was a red herring. Well, red herring in that she wasn't killed by any of her family for some yet undisclosed reason like that secret Lily was gonna tell Veronica on the night of the car wash. Its like someone is after her mom for something she knows, and to make good on the threats with those pics of Veronica with the crosshairs, they killed Lily. I mean, the dad is a smart, resourceful guy. If someone was threatening his family, I'm sure he'd figure it out. So just giving her pictures of her daughter with a crosshairs on them isn't gonna scare her. But killing the daughter's best friend and have everyone unable to figure it out to show they can would scare her. Its like when she saw her husband was totally on the wrong path and convinced the Kane patriarch did it, she knew she was in trouble and the dad wouldn't be able to figure it out in time, so she took off. And made herself look like she was abandoning her kid and no longer interested in her husband since he got them black listed so they wouldn't go after them. If it looks like she doesn't care for them, then they won't try to hurt them to get her back there. Well, that's my theory anyways.
